[laughter] >> geraldo: i believe mandates exist for a reason. the supreme court in 1905 decision made very clear, unless this court reverses -- the federal government has the constitutional right to tread the -- i got it exactly right. >> jesse: you misread it. >> geraldo: they need airline pilots, and they are screwing the public and delta pilots. i say use whatever weapons you have. if the congressman from san antonio and austin -- this guy is an ideological lunatic. he said when he looked at the crowd of people who could not get on the southwest flights, "this makes me happier than i can articulate. eat it, southwest airlines." this is a guy almost getting sexual pleasure from the chaos and destruction. >> jesse: hearsay! [laughter] >> geraldo: congressman roy, i challenge you: what did you mean when he said "seated?" >> dana: the economic impact, it looks like there could be more to come. >> dagen: it could be. i think you are going to have major -- in terms of supply and the shortage and other workers, if this keeps up, to jesse's point. southwest has not given a credible answer as to what happened. i know that a third -- flights were delayed over the summer, they were late. i was the worst performance than any other airline. what bothers me coming from the top of this country is joe biden is at his silliest when talking about the unvaccinated. he talks about them with greater ire and discuss than the taliban, even about china killed more than 700,000 americans with this lujan flew. he pits the vaccinated against the unvaccinated. he says you should be in fear of them, you should "target them." i want to call my airlines. i don't want any pilots being upset. i don't think that's a -- you don't want to make mistakes >> dana: companies have been able to decide, if you are a private company. >> greg: let me tell you a personal story. [laughter] we need to wrestle the power away from lawyers. they are too greedy to give it up. that's the story. our leaders no longer can quantify acceptable risk, or even a set goal. that allows liability to replace living your life. any entity that might have a right to be sued will pursue their legal team. you have all the overcorrection everywhere, and schools especially, where kids have the same -- and unvaccinated kid has the same risk as a middleweight person who is, but we overcorrect, ruined businesses. let's say a lawyer takes a flight. he takes a flight, gets covid, and he remembered the pilot who landed the plain safely in windstorm -- it's two unrelated facts. the pilot was not wearing a mask. the only lawyer -- they only need to go points to connect the dots. we no longer rely on science, we talked about this last year. we need a liability hiatus last year. we are paralyzed by the fear of being sued. if we do not get out of this weird paralysis, we are screwed. >> dana: we keep suing each other. >> greg: i might sue you for that. >> dagen: sue you. >> greg: so you. [laughter] >> jesse: we had johnny analyze biden's calendar for the last month. 25% of the time, he does not hold a public event. 25% of the time he doesn't say anything to the american people on camera. he went six days straight, almost an entire week, without appearing to speak to the american people. that worked in the summer of the pandemic, because it put trump out there, a referendum on trump, he got to hide and lay back and stay out of the limelight and not -- it doesn't work when you are the commander in chief. we just talked about this. you have to show that you are listening to the american people and doing something about the problems. one of the reasons that numbers during covid are declining for him, even though cases are going down, the pandemic is still affecting everything: from airlines, supply chains, to schooling, to labor shortages. it's not just getting people vaccinated. there's other issues that are causing headaches for the macon people. he is lackadaisical! he still talking about $3.5 trillion, and the american people are like "let's focus on this." >> greg: is and what the democrats wanted from him, that? he was a hood ornament for this leftist machine that was going to be rolling into town. >> dagen: a hood ornament that has the ability to shake his head "yes," but not "no." all the democrats want to do, let's call them "comrades --" [laughter] -- is gather power and control. they don't care what it does to individual decision-making. they don't care what it does to the work ethic of this country, and our ability to make something better for ourselves and our families. they just care about -- money, power, control, and they think they make better decisions about your life and with your money and about your health than you do, because they are arrogant. if joe biden did nothing, i'm fine with him staying hidden, as long as he doesn't do anything. he ran as president and mole-man. be the mole man! go into hiding. if he did nothing on the economy, nothing on immigration, he didn't make any changes to immigration, if he did nothing on afghanistan, we would be in a much better place as a country. >> greg: he is like, what do you call that thing that comes out in six weeks and tells you that it's winter? >> jesse: the hedgehog? [laughter] speeches sound like on a slapper. our comedian's immune then is comedy the one line you can draw -- cancel culture is scary. when they zero in on you your whole life feels like it's hanging by a thread. >> greg: i don't know if comedians should have more free speech they other people. i think we should all have the same free speech, and be able to be as offensive as we want, and we paid a price, because people don't like it. however, something has changed in our culture. in the old days, if you did not like something, what did you do? you didn't watch it. you didn't go "i don't like this man's special, so i'm going to go and tell everybody that i don't like it, and --" i didn't watch it. i probably saw a clip on twitter." chapelle's best point on twitter is that it doesn't matter. it doesn't matter if you are rich. it's so interesting to watch these sad groups of people who can no longer stomach the fact that something is on that they don't like. you should just be able to be an adult and not watched something that you don't want to watch. the funny thing is, if you did watch it, you might like it. you could get canceled because you are talking tenants of biology, that gender respect. it's scary at this point. it's necessary that she speaks unspeakable truths. they are honest, they are also funny because they are honest. that's what a comedian does. >> geraldo: dana and i both have teenagers. you can't joke about certain things. gender is one of them. i can hardly keep up. >> dana: i don't think the audience was 16-year-old girls. i think this is an adult audience. also, you can decide "i love eddie murphy." i had the vhs tape, i would rewind it and play it again. this stuff on netflix four seconds -- obviously, it's a liberal company, but i think they are showing other companies "this is how you deal with the mob. you ignore them and say "we hear you, whatever," blow them off." last week, they talked about performative outrage by people here. i just got shut down. if you watch the special, he telegraphs everything they are going to go after. the whole time, he's like "that will be the one." >> geraldo: bill mark can do it, chapelle. there are not a lot i can feel so confident. aren't some things off limits? the r word comedy n-word. >> jesse: what is the r word? >> geraldo: i will whisper it to you.
