highway patrol officers don't think it was a hit-and-run. a coroner did not think it was a hit-and-run. a pathologist that ruled it a hit-and-run based on fact his body was in middle offed road. nancy: what connection? >> steven was classmates with buster and paul, closer with buster, paul's dad was the coach. nancy: steven smith a case has been reopen since maggie and paul murdaugh were
