Just this week we found a new paper that had been submitted a Reserve Proposal that had been submitted by Ecohealth Alliance to another part of the Defense Department just like this one, that were talking about today. They propose the paper in 2018 and that was rejected. It was about research on Bat Coronavirus. They proposed specifically altering Bat Coronavirus with the exact same deviation to the virus that we saw in the pandemic virus to get technical about it the cleavage site.
