The president said the Labor Department is working on emergency rules that would require all employers with 100 or more workers to ensure that their employees are vaccinated And regularly tested, including new requirements for nearly all Healthcare Workers to get vaccinated. The biden administration is encouraging local leaders to mAndate vaccine, its being met with pushed back in texas And arizona. Arizonas Attorney General says the white Houses Push is inappropriate pointing out that migrants that come across the Southern Border are not saying the same pressures to get vaccinated or losing their jobs. They said if youre a noncitizen, you have an option. If youre a citizen, you dont. The president himself does not have any power anywhere in the constitution. So the view at the White House is Andate'>Vaccine MAndates from businesses will have the largest impact in mitigating the spread of covid. Meanwhile, dr.
