I think ultimately what some friends of mine that our veterans as well, we did the best we could while we have the ability to do it and some of my friends are actually working to help with the efforts that are going on now. Im for vaccine but i cannot tell my employees to get vaccinated. That puts us in a hard position. The mandating vaccination is very important and that the only way to go at this time. We already have a lapse in companies not having people apply for jobs. John the Business Roundtable is also applying Vaccine Rick mandates, and there is it difference of opinion there. But the general consensus seems to be that the biden administration is now leading by coercion. What do you say . It is. They are leading by coercion and i would agree with the point thats being made by so many of our colleagues that this is a diversion away from 9 11 and away from the 20th Anniversary and away from the debacle that was his afghanistan withdrawal. This is not a new and improved taliban compass is the same old taliban that will go back to their old ways. We look at tomorrow, the 20th Anniversary of 9 11, to see the taliban take over that country and have an inaugural ceremony and raise the taliban flag over our united States Embassy as an image that i think most americans will be sickened by. Eve seen these images, general. And now Fox News, what we dont have the pictures just yet, we have them but we dont have them for the tv screen. We are getting brandnew images right now of an afghan interpreter who, as i read through here, it was an interpreter that helped, it worked with the u. S. Navy, the u. S. Marines and the u. S. Army. An afghan interpreter we are being told who aided the military for the past decade, he spoke to Fox News last night. He said the taliban beat him in his home after his suspected ties to the american government. He and his family have been facing all these delays at the airport trying to get out. He has a son and two daughters. They assume the taliban wanted to kill him and his son, so they fled to the airport, still couldnt get through and they came back in the taliban was waiting for them. These are the horrors of this Terror Group that are playing out right now. Not even wanting to in his words pass judgment on this group. People say this is a kinder and gentler taliban. Thats just absurd. Heres the taliban we see now. Nick on 320 years of war. They are more sophisticated, and i dont mean that in a good way. They understand the ability to network with other Terrorist Groups and i think they will be worth to handle and may bring actually greater threats to the United States on before. So again we are back to where we were 20 years ago and worse, now its at Terrorist State on steroids. Sandra reflections from 9 11 . I was in the pentagon for 9 11, and the Command Center after american Airlines Flight 77 hit the building. I will never forget those days sitting in the Command Center alongside the secretary of defense and the Vice Chairman of the joint chief myers, we watch the screen and of tire is towers falling and he said, the world has changed. And it did. I was so proud to be an american after what happened on 9 11 and the way we reacted to this. I think americans should reflect on that. Troops. I went out with a small group of u. S. Troops in the office or from an out laminated note what to do. Even as an amateur that gave me a sense of the rows of engagements are being made by some people who really arent that familiar with the facts on the ground. What do you think of the idea of increasing the number of justices . If one party can do it then i guess the other party could do it. On the surface it seems to me, and people lose trust in the court. John so he is suggesting that if you start the packet or take away the majority by adding an number of other liberal minded justices that the Supreme Court itself will have the credibility. Exactly. Hes written a new book called it the authority of the court and the peril of politics. What he basically says is, the congress has the power of the person on the executive has the power of everything. The only thing the court has is public acceptance and thats the authority come up that will trust it. It is seen as a political operation and it loses its authority and its acceptance on the idea that you are going to take a nine Person Court which is a 63 conservative and thats a 76 liberal, as he said, one party doesnt and the other party does. But to me, i usually feel better when i go away from here because i know this was the last place she was. On september 11, united Flight 93 from newark to San Francisco was hijacked by four terrorists. But then comes the World Trade Center had already been hit. The 40 passengers and crew knew this from Phone Calls made on board the plane. Together they voted on it and decided to fight the hijackers. They made it up to the cockpit by ten oh 3 00 a. M. In the terrorists crash the plane into the field here and shanksville. The plane was 18 minutes away from washington, d. C. If not for the heroism displayed by the on Flight 93, it would have been a disaster. The family and friends of Flight 93 gave out the first annual Flight 93 Heroes Award Today to the family of shabbat johnson, a Detroit Firefighter who died saving three girls from drowning. I want to start off by saying that first and foremost, i would be remiss if i did not pay homage and give thanks to the 13 Service Members who were killed in the 18 critically wounded during the drawdown operation. The entire Veteran Community completely weeps for these families. We are greatly sorry and we can never repay what has occurred and what they have done for this nation. Sandra i know you left one of your Best Friends on the battlefield when you were serving in afghanistan. I did. You know its incredible coming on national news, as hard for veterans to even talk about this right now. The past two weeks has been sandra its been hard. I know. Its been tumultuous for a lot of us but, you know its an honor to get on here and represent the Veteran Community, the combat Veteran Community. I was 16 years old when 9 11 happened, i was a junior in High School. I just started my junior year and i remember when the first Plane Hit one of the towers, none of us really knew what was going on. Everyone thought this was a random plane that hit a tower and it started really getting real once the second one hit. What i do remember it from the first plane was walking around my High School, so many of my friends and so many of my school members families worked in and around the World Trade Center at the time. Everyone was Running Back and forth, and we had those little nokia phones, i dont know if you remember those but No One could get a hold of anyone. There is a High Point in town that overlooks the city. And we saw that second Plane Hit. That was a time that was very real, it was the most real thing you could ever imagine as a 16yearold kid. But we saw that Plane Hit and that was the time a new action had to be taken. I enlisted in the military right at The End of 2007, after my Sophomore Year in college. Someone had to answer our nations call. There was so much anger, Sadness And Rage that was piled up in everyone but, i do remember September 12th as well and how much this country came together and i would love to see that again. Unfortunately, a lot of the people that i grew up with, i believe we lost 12 people from my hometown. A lot of them did not come home that day. Either a Father Or Mother or a loved one. Over the past 20 years what has transpired has been nothing short of heroic. Ive been fortunate enough to serve alongside so many amazing human beings, all of my Brothers And Sisters. America is lucky to have these people that served to the left and to the right of me. I think our reviewers hearts for you but we know you are part of the strongest and the bravest in this country. I remember last week my wife was like, what are you doing . I was literally up on the couch all night. I literally couldnt sleep for four or five days. The atrocity that went down at kabul airfield, and is always our nations young warriors that have to go. And just no, their families will never have them back home. And there were 18 or critically wounded as well. Right now we have private veteran organizations running insurgent missions and Search And Rescue missions in afghanistan, so civilians at running insurgent missions and Rescue Missions in afghanistan to bring out our american allies. And american citizens. I havent felt this kind of Pain And Anger especially last week. Im still trying to rationalize. I havent felt this kind of Pain And Anger probably since i was deployed mentioned Benny Atkinson was tragically taken on from us on my first deployment, i think Theres Something about the combat Veteran Community and just seeing your Brothers And Sisters be perished in such a tragic and quite frankly a way that could have been stopped. That really hits home. And it really, really digs deep into my heart. I just want you to know that we put the Gravesite Up of your Best Friend who was left on the battlefield. So important, here we are 20 years later and i believe it was ten years from then, to say their names and have people like you who are the bravest, this is what this country is all about. I know its so hard for me to get through, i can imagine what its like for you. If i may, you know, we allow the worlds worst Terrorist Organization who are not human beings, they are a bunch of demons, and entire country to operating and I Cant imagine not only Isis K and other organizations that exist today but new Terror Organizations who are going to form because of this. We visited with Admiral Kellogg a moment ago and i know that the senior brass in the military who had the same fears. If i can, maybe a bright spot in all of this, that is that your Veteran Community in the wake of all of this, you may be be able to come together and find someone you havent seen or spoken with since you left the ground there. Yes. Yes, we did band together and the past two weeks has proven so much to me and showed me how much love all of us have for our Brothers And Sisters. And a bunch of my soldiers, but i was fortunate enough to be in charge of, just ways to rationalize this and just having needing someone to talk to who understands exactly what we are going through. Im not going to beat a dead horse with the fact that we left 85 Billion of our munitions there, i think the news is covering that enough. But i want to say that america has been shelter the past few decades. The taliban is unlike any organization we have seen and what is going to conspire in afghanistan especially with sharia law, and lets remember that 95 of afghanistan voted in favor of sharia law. I dont know what that was taliban induced but even if it was 85 , thats frightening to me. But weve witnessed with the taliban and what they do is outrageous. Ill leave it at that, i know that we talked a lot about what happened there but i also want to say, if i made, that every single veteran that is watching this, i understand and i know how hard this has been.
