They implemented this policy but executives were financially incentivized to make their departments specifically departments like brians and the level above him they were incentivized to make those quote, unquote, more diverse but what we mean what they meant by that is to create a department that has a smaller percent of white employees. Then you have got companies that frankly are in positions where hey who are the people who are filling some of these jobs they tend to be younger. Theyre just out of college. They are taught at school to hate this country, to view everyone based on identity. they get into these positions and they have an expectation that the company will hold these kinds of policies and views. And so the company is kind of in a difficult spot where they have got to fill these positions with these folks. And thats why its so important. Im so glad that parents are stepping up. You have got to get involved in the classroom. You have got to get involved in crt and all this other stuff. This Stuff Isnt getting put in front of these kids and indoctrinating them maybe prevent them from come out of schools with these horrible and toxic positions. Tammy ultimately its not going to work. Whether its any corporation its going to have to end. So we are setting these people up to go into the Hr Departments who come out thinking that the corporation is going to be just like the college campus. And its they are going to fail. Were saying no. Department or becoming a lawyer or a doctor and then they implement their views.
