I mean, imagine being Surrounded Sur being stranded in a situan like this and not receiving anything from three or four days from the u. S. Embassy or the State Department how does that make you feel that you do know your life is on the line . Jillian when you get home, what is the first thing you want to do . They are essentially stranded and left on their own and we will be spending more lice, more resources in attempts to get them out of the country. Right now there are some people trying to get into the airport so many people in the Airport American Citizens are being turned away and we know thats happening because we are in contact with people through our organization just trying to evacuate american citizens, our afghan friends that have special immigrant visas, Green Card holders and other refugees. People that we fought with. And we know all these classes of people at one time or another have been turned are away from the gate and unable to gain access to the airfield. Steve colonel, we heard from the White House yesterday, those people are not stranded. Theyre absolutely stranded. If you could hear and see, i know you have seen some of the desperation, but if you could hear and see the desperation that all of us that are involved in this evacuation effort. All of the veterans that have stood up and formed Task Force Dunkirk and the other It Nonprofits working to evacuate folks its desperation that we see every day. Thats going to lead to mandatory overtime. Our guys are already stressed. We have been doing this for a year and a half now. We have had no work related exposures. If we lose 30 people the amount of forced overtime is going to push out people that are eligible to retire but are still working here and may choose to leaf, thats going to push more people. So what that means is if when we have to hire to replace these people, which will be difficult to do, because there will be so many other departments looking replace theirs that we will be getting all new firefighters.
