I would expect to the Extent Governor Cuomo does have a case, that would be presented at an Impeachment Trial then it is up to the people in the State Senate to decide if they want to convict him and more importantly gives the people of new york a clear and full idea of what this controversy is all about. At the moment it is played out in the press he has lost all political support. But yes it should go to impeachment and a full trial. Paul in new York State there is a lot of people including a lot of conservatives who argue in the book if cuomo goes it is worse because the legislature will then will have no check. This is one of the sad things about new york. This is what new york has to look forward to going forward as well that as you mentioned not just the legislature to have more authority but whatever governor comes next will also likely be a democrat in his mold.
