I can tell you from my personal experience, dana, for example over the Weekend out of 70 patients that i saw, maybe five or six had breakthrough infections. Dana the retirements piece. How much is that actual cost . Not just the fact you lose one Police Officer but Somebody Retiring has years of experience. That must be an exponential cost. Two things there. One It Costs 100,000 to recruit and train a new Police Officer. And so there is a financial impact every time we have to replace a Police Officer. As You Noteed brain drain. These officers that have 20, 25 Years Experience are excellent at their jobs and understand their Neighborhood And Community and know how the criminal Justice System works and very effective when it comes to reducing violence and holding criminals accountable.
