And thats why we understand the nature of what Colonel Mason is doing here and its to allow our folks to get time off for the mental and physical wellbeing and to be wellrested. And, look, youre right, i got to spend so much time in South Florida on the campaign trail, and i met so many cubanamericans, either people that were refugees that escaped, you know, under castro, people whose families have come here from cuba. They toll me that told me that what they have started to see in america is frighteningly close to what they started to see happen in cuba over 60 years ago. It is time to give these People Freedom in cuba with, period. I dont know anybody that disagrees with that. I think its awful. But when did we stop educating our kids, ainsley, and instead start indoctrinating them . That is exactly what this feels like to me. Its funny, you know, it is about police, this whole course, apparently. They do not even have a Police Officer coming to talk to the kids. Wouldnt you think that if you were teaching a course on policing, they actually ask in this course what is policing. Shouldnt we have a Law Enforcement Officer there to answer that question for these kids . But the answer to that is they dont want him there. They dont want a Man Or Woman there that is a Law Enforcement Officer because it would actually show that Law Enforcement works. You go to any democratrun, major city in america where they have taken funding away from their police, and you see crime skyrocketing. People leaving these cities in droves because we know that policing works. And instead of actually teaching people to hate the police, what about teaching our youth to respect Police Officers . Gosh, i have to think that if instead of teaching us to hate one another wed teach respect, gosh, there would be so many fewer instances, you would think, of bad situations like weve seen happen before. Lets all Respect And Love one another and come to the conclusion that is true, that it is because of our Law Enforcement that we get to live in the greatest country in the world. They keep us safe and, gosh, i hate to see something like this happen especially, youre right, ainsley, in my Home State of North Carolina. Lawrence we reached out to the college, and this is what they had to say we focus on studies that are liberating and dedicate ourselves to the quest for truth. The offering of any class, whatever its title, reflects that, covers the subject were studying. You know, lara, its not just this course, it is whats happening on the college campuses can ive covered it for years, its happening in high schools today. The indoctrination that is taking place. Do you think conservatives are going to start taking this issue seriously now and beating these schools to the punch, educating at home . I think they are. I talk to so many people who in the past year, i mean, thats one thing i think that covid really did, is it showed people that you can Home School your kids. And, gosh, what a great thing to do especially when you see the indoctrination, when you see the critical Race Theory that theyre teaching kids in school teaching us to hate one another instead of love one another. I think that youre to going to see more and more people start to Home School their kids especially when youve got courses like this on college campuses, especially whenever they have full mask mandates now for kids in school Coming Up starting in the fall. We had a family who were. Farmers, they had their cows taken away from them, so my dad was able to see a lot of this coming. My dad was 14 years old when he came to america. He with some of his friends, and they turned it into a raft. Ended in the virgin islands and from there they were extradited to the united states. So, like i said in that, since i could process [inaudible] but the Horror Stories, the tragedies, what he went through growing up, what he had to do to escape, what was going on there.
