That would be my guess because heres the thing about the decision we got last week, it laid out principles and one of the arguments in the department of justice, the Georgia Suit somehow these provisions disproportionately burden minority voters but when you look at principles laid out, he pointed out simply because some versions of the law or aspects of the law might be inconvenient, that is really matter. Somehow you have to show that these things really are aimed at disproportionately harming africanamerican or minority voters and there is nothing, very little show in georgia that would suggest that the case and this has to be balanced against the goal of integrity in election. Paul s the Justice Department did try to start back a little bit by saying in the lawsuit that the Georgia Legislature did have a discriminatory attempt. That pointed to a couple of comments by people in the legislature. You think that is enough for them to find a judge who will declare the Georgia Rule illegal . They might find a judge but in The End if youre going to an Appeals Court or goes back up to the report, the reigning provision for the line of the elite decision, you have to look at the totality of the circumstances and comments of individuals aside, the actual law itself does not necessarily inflict any burden particularly on minorities. You can make the argument any of the provisions do help minority voters in the state. Paul easier in georgia than New York state, kyle, what about Hr One .
