Senator rubio introduced a bill where he is saying that factchecking labels, trending topics, and algorithms should not be subject to section 230, which is what we all know these Tech Companies hide behind as it relates to lawsuits. We should really watch this bill in addition to the president s lawsuit. Emily what i see coming out of that bill is the point being made there, that the laws right now are archaic and dont really apply to the flexible new arena of Social Media that everyone keeps trying to be shoved into the laws as written now, but congress are on one side of the table and the public are crying out for these laws to be changed, to catch up, essentially, with what Social Media has been doing in part, which is dominating and censoring.
