There is also concern about tropical Storm Wind being the final push. Elsa is blasting winds of 60 miles per Hour And Marching toward key west. The concern in surfside is the winds can be too strong for whats left not to fall down and that would be under controllable. Two more bodies were recovered saturday. Bringing the total to 24 found dead, 121 still missing. They are restricting 30 the search for bodies and or survivors in areas too close to it. As both the governor and i made clear, our top priority is that the building come down as soon as possible No Matter what time that occurs and as safely as possible. Bringing down this building in a controlled manner is critical to expanding our scope of the Search And Rescue effort. I can assure you they are taking all precautions to protect the adjacent properties, and even those work and observing this process. All the efforts are coordinated with these levels of details. The current best path is taking over cuba and the western side of florida, slowly weakening once it begins to interact.
