Thats like having a crisis in New York and choosing to fly to chicago. And thats just not leadership. Over the course of the past few months, weve seen enough Fentanyl Flow into our country to kill every american four times. Weve got 180,000 apprehensions just last month which is the most in 21 years. This is a public health issue, its a national security issue, its a public safety issue. Who will they be working alongside at the border . Well, thank you. Yes, our governor of arkansas, asa hutchinson, announced that we would send 40 national guard troops for 90 days to help texas and arizona because, unfortunately, the biden administration is failing us on protecting the border. Weve seen a dramatic increase in the number of individuals illegally crossing the border since Joe Biden took office. This isnt just rhetoric, this is simple numbers. Over 700 people have illegally crossed the border since Joe Biden took office. In the last month alone, it was, i believe, 120,000, the busiest month ever. Rescue crews continue to search through the site of that partial Building Collapse that, as of now, has killed 22 people including the 7yearold daughter of a miami firefighter. Were told crews, rescue workers pulled the young Girls Body from the mountain of debris and lined up as her father escorted her body away. At this hour 126 people are still unaccounted for as crews work around the clock to pull people out of a mountain of debris before Hurricane Elsa makes a forecasted landfall sometime next week. And there are concerns among officials that the high winds and rain the storm could produce may compromise whats left of champlain towers south. Department of Emergency Management is assuming that that will happen and making the necessary preparations to be able, obviously, to protect a lot of the equipment. Reporter and as officials continue inspections, one building in the city of North Miami Beach was forced to close and evacuate more than 300 residents. According to city officials, an audit of the Towers Condominium found the building was structurally and electrically unsafe. What shes getting at is the fact that marijuana rules in terms of it being illegal to sell, this stuff has disproportionately affected africanamericans for decades, right . In terms of criminalization, incarceration, all of that stuff. And what i think aoc is doing is trying to tie that to the rules that are the auntdoping antidoping commission in the olympics. I think its sloppy, but i understand in this instance where shes coming from, and i think that right now im always were going to lose one of our greatest athletes because of of this rule. And i think its time for us to have a conversation about these rules. Weve got Marijuana Legalization in so many states across this country, and weve got people that are actually turning this into a multimillion, in some cases multibillion dollar business, so where do these two things intersect. And i think thats what aoc trying to get at. I dont think the rule is specifically racist, but trying to hit at the racist history of how these laws are enforced will yeah. But, rob, heres the thing, if you have to squint that hard to see a connection, if you have to stretch that far, youre really shoving a bigtime narrative into a story that doesnt fit, to be quite with honest. Its a world antidoping Agency Rule that forbids you from testing positive for marijuana. I agree with you there are some holes in the logic of the rule, but i dont know how we set it aside because we want her to win. We all do, by The Way.
