House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the aclu argued that the decision was not a complete loss for the lgbtq community, saying in essence The Court upheld the rights of samesex couples to be foster parents. This decision is also expected to have ripple effects like in the case of Colorado Baker Jack phillips who is facing yet another legal fight for refusing to bake a cake celebrating something in conflict with his religious beliefs. This was not the only major ruling from the Supreme Court today. [bleep] that was Vice President biden in 2010 caught on a hot mic at the affordable Care Act signing ceremony. Now president biden is using the very same language to celebrate a supreme Court Decision that once again upheld what is commonly called obamacare.
