It doesnt make it medical sense, i can imagine these schools would try to force people to get tested as well but testing students indiscriminately also does not constitute good medicine. One of the problems with these mandates is they ignore the large population of students that have natural immunity from covid, the people who have been infected with covid and recovered and we know that form of immunity is more robust than what you get from covid vaccines so vaccinating those students, testing them for the almost 0 chance every infection that population has is basically all risk and no benefit. Todd 30 seconds on natural immunity, why isnt that talked about more . Very puzzling question to me. This is a basic principle of immunology and it should be taken account when talking heard immunity, prioritizing vaccines, we dont need to give vaccines to people who have natural immunity.
