We have made progress, tremendous progress toward the more perfect union that our founders, founding fathers talk about in the constitution and other documents. Critical Race Theory goes against that. It says we are inherently racist. Theres nothing we can do about it and our children, our most precious resources are left to deal with just being in a state of oppressor or oppressed, that that same status cannot be removed from them and thats not how we move our society forward. John supporters of critical Race Theory say that it teaches antiracism. But you said last week of School Board meeting that it actually is racist in and of itself. Let me just read back what you said. You said telling my child or any child that they are in a permanent or oppressed status in america because they are black is racist and saying that white people are automatically above me, my children, or any child is racist as well. This is not something that we can stand for in our country. I asked this question of a white mom in Loudoun County virginia last week so let me ask you exactly the same question. What are you as a Mother Teaching your children about diversity and inclusion, and is critical Race Theory and its teachings at odds with that . Absolutely, i teach my children that we should respect all people, Human Beings on the fact that they are Human Being and get to know that person individually. I dont teach my children that they should look at any group, any person, any Identity Group and judge that group. I teach them to judge individuals on the basis of their character, not on Group Identities of one critical Race Theory advocates a how we should look at these things. I teach them to love people for who they are. John thats a great thing for a parent to do, no question. The rule that the state School Board adopted reads in Part Instruction on the required topics must be factual and objective and may not suppress or distort significant historical events such as the holocaust and may not define american history is something other than the creation of a nation based largely on universal principles stated in the declaration of independence. Supporters of critical Race Theory say that the current history curriculum, it white wash of some very dark moments in our nations past. What do you say . If you look at critical Race Theory and you look at the people whove written about in who advocate for it, they are explicit in saying that america is founded on racism and theres no way to turn away from it. And this is the outworking of those theories. Its an outworking of putting people into separate groups, oppressor and oppressed and judging them almost two group statuses. So i understand what they are saying but the outworking of that is what we are being taught in these classrooms. I see my daughter have to go through this and ive seen other parents and teachers come out and show evidence that this is what is being typed our children. They dont have a book called critical Race Theory that they are opening up and studying in class, no. But they weave it into curriculum is already being taught. John right. A federal judge dismissing a lawsuit from some employees at Methodist Hospital in houston who said they should not be forced to get a Covid19 Vaccine or risk losing their jobs. The judge sided with the hospital. Not surprising because as you know weve talked about this. Especially with the Enforcement Agencies and this is the first Covid Case that actually had a decision. Itll be interesting to see what the judges do. You have an enforcement agency, equal Employment Opportunity Commission basically saying you can mandate vaccinations. You can do that. If you wish to hurt require it of your employees but i think what most offended this particular judge and i want to redo part of her decision, that the bulk of the pleading was arguing that the Covid19 Vaccines are experiential and dangerous. This claim is false and its also irrelevant. The judge was particularly offended by the underlying argument that the Covid Vaccine actually posed a danger to these employees. The judge went on to say this is a Term And Condition of employment, just like when employers say you need to show up to work at a certain time.
