Thats what republicans view as giving us the prosperity that was record prosperity before the covid virus hit. Some of our payfors are taking dollars already allocated for covid relief, but which are no longer needed. Theres a lot of money allocated. Now that were martha how much . How much money falls into that category, senator . Id say probably moves around a little bit. Id say off the top of my head, over 100 billion. Over a fifth of it would go into that category. And things that you look at and say, that is reasonable. It looks as if the need is not there as we originally perceived. So Thats Number 1. Number 2, we encourage bringing the private sector in to leverage capital, if you will, to create more infrastructure. Its been used as a Infrastructure Bank in states, its been used in other countries, its successful. So we think its another way to leverage a lot of dollars in order to create infrastructure.
