Remember under North Carolina law that video is subject to a Court Order and a judge ruled that it would not be released until the f. B. I. Had completed an investigation. Maybe well learn more about that. You put your finger at the center of whats happening today and why there is so much media here. When the judge was deciding whether or not to release the Body Cam Video the Brown Family First saw about 20 seconds of it and then last week last tuesday saw about 20 minutes of it. The District Attorney during that hearing said that the car that brown was driving made contact with deputies. The family has a very different characterization of what they saw. They say it wasnt the case and why its an Executionstyle Video of what happened to brown. The reason why that matters is here in North Carolina, officers can use deadly force if they perceive a threat of deadly force to them. Well see whether or not the District Attorney addresses that or not. One thing is for sure, the update on whether there could be any charges or indictments coming for any of the officers involved, that will be news that many of the protestors out here want to know. A total of seven deputies after the shooting on April 21 went on administrative leave. Four were brought back to work because they didnt discharge weapons. We dont know exactly what kind of update we might get. One of the options that we could see develop here is whether or not it goes to a grand jury. Let me get to this President Biden with a stark warnings for americans who choose not to get the covid19 vaccines.
