Off the side of the road throwing a log at that dps cruisers to try to delay it. A few moments later another scout closes a gate on the State Trooper trying to pursue the vehicle. Trooper has to get out and open it and probably the most wild part that suspect vehicle drives straight into the Rio Grande lets the vehicle sink.
