"the washington post" just issued a major retraction from a fixed news story surrounding president trump but they have yet to apologize for the three years of trump-russia collusion lies or their horrific early coverage of coronavirus. joe biden as president. oh, we are not to believe journalistic integrity has all of a sudden returned to "the washington post." we have that story for you tonight and later, sara carter will join us from a family farm that was not eligible for the democrats 'us to trillion dollar covid-19 emergency stimulus and they say because they did not meet the bill's "racial requirements" but first, joe biden has been in office for 54 days. he has yet to hold a single official press conference. that is now officially the longest a sitting u.s. president has gone without a press conference in over 100 years. the so-called "biden blitz" that the media mob has been hyping apparently consists of this. one extremely short, scripted public event per day. one a day, which is seemingly about as much as joe can handle. make no mistake, with or without joe biden, his party's radical, extreme social agenda, that's moving full stream ahead. and the next order of business is yes, redistribution and wealth confiscation. in fact the biden administration we can now tell you is planning what will be the single biggest tax hike on americans in over three decades. this radical green new deal of socialism has to be paid for by somebody and, by the way, they have a new wealth tax on every thing else, janet yellen has called for, elizabeth warren's tax. hold onto your wallets, buckle up for all the class warfare and all that rhetoric. we are taking it from those evil rich people, those evil corporations and those evil other people. the radical socialism includes raising corporate tax rates from 21 to 28%, raising the income tax rate supposedly only on high earners. how do we define it? raising the capital gains tax rate and raising tax rates on small businesses and of course they also want to expand the death tax. in other words they want to raise taxes on money that you make, money that you invest and put at risk, if you make more money, they want a piece of that action. the money you still have left when you finally die and in the interim they are going to go back and get another bite at the apple with the wealth tax and then to top it all off, everything that you buy will be costing you more money because the corporate income tax rate -- yeah, that's going to be passed on to all of us, you i'm of the american people, the consumer. the regulations on independent contractors, that could actually put millions and millions of americans out of work by now making it nearly impossible to hire people for their services if they own their own business, like to work for different companies, that's payback basically for the unions and all their election support. couple all of this with the rapidly rising gas prices, how much it costs to fill your tank. rising heating and cooling costs, get ready. that's all being caused by the bite in the administration getting away from -- well, we've been energy independent for the first time in sandy five years. it's their anti-fracking, anti-pipeline virtue signaling and you now have a recipe for what will be economic disaster for every hardworking american in the u.s. you will all be impacted, you will all be paying more and saving the world from climate change and of course climate change destruction in 12 years and turning america into a socialist hellhole. of course that's not cheap. this only raises an estimated $2 trillion out of the $90 trillion that will be needed for the new green deal socialism. buckle up, more tax hikes are headed your way. nobody will be spared, guaranteed. keep in mind, americans in red states, they've already coughed up billions of dollars in what might be the biggest blue state bailout in the history of this country. if you live in a state where you elect responsible legislatures, governors, guess what? congratulations, because your hard-earned money is about to go to governors in blue states and state legislatures in blue states where they tax and spend beyond their means, where they never balance their budget, they don't ever fund their pensions and where government corruption runs rampant. illinois getting a massive $13 billion of your money. new york state getting a whopping 24 billion. california, they get the gold prize. they've got a whopping $42 billion from you, the american people. according to foxnews.com and their report, certain counties in california are considering using that money as bonuses for teachers, including those who have not set foot in a classroom for months. one teacher's union even suggested that if they get the bonus, it might be fun to take a trip to hawaii. let that sink in. you're a teacher in texas, you're a teacher in florida, mississippi, any other red state where school has been and is in session, just know that your hard-earned tax dollars might soon become a vacation fund for teachers in california. the democratic party's radical decisions are going to have very immediate, real consequences. this isn't about taxes and spending. look at what's happening for example at the border. after halting border wall construction, bowing to increase immigrations and promising amnesty to millions and millions, conveniently in three years, just in time to vote, tens of thousands of illegal immigrants are now pouring into the u.s. across the border illegally. it is now so bad that mexico's president is referring to biden as the migrants president. around 100,000 illegal immigrants were detained at the u.s.-mexico border just for the month of february alone. by the way, remember the cages for kids? they were built by biden and obama and in the trump administration got blamed by the media mob that lie all the time. well, they are back and they are worse than ever. many of these child migrants or facilities are nothing more than a few tenths or shipping containers, cargo shipping containers, you know, the ones with a tiny window with bars on them. according to cbs news, one of those facilities is now operating at a whopping 729% capacity. so much for social distancing. "some of the boys said that the conditions were so overcrowded they had to take turns just to sleep on the floor" and "most of the miners said they'd only showered once while even in the u.s." they thought they would be held for more than five days. by the way, all told, the biden administration has increased the detention of minors in these cages by 60% but according to circle back white house press secretary jen psaki this is still not a crisis. take a look. speaker does fema's arrival at the border mean that the administration feels what is happening at the border is a disaster? >> i know that we always get into the fun of labels around here but i would say our focus is on solutions and this is one of the steps that the president felt would help it not become a final solution but help expedite processing, ensuring people who come across the border have access to health and medical care. clearly the numbers are enormous. this is a big challenge and it certainly is a reflection of using every lover of the federal government to help address that. >> sean: health, medical care, housing. anything we are not going to pay for? yeah, it's a problem caused by biden's policies. now, we are not having fun with labels. it is a full-blown crisis of their making and of course top democrats, they are always looking to blame somebody else. take a look. >> we recognize this is a big problem. the last of administration left us a dismantled and unworkable system and like any other problem, we are going to do everything we can to solve it. >> this is a humanitarian challenge to all of us. with the administration has inherited is a broken system at the border and they are working to correct that. >> let me just say this, joe biden inherited a huge mess on immigration and it's not going to be cleaned up in a month. he's only been in office, you know, since january 20th. about six weeks i guess it is. >> sean: no, chuckie, joe caused the crisis at our southern border. it is a health crisis -- yes, it is a humanitarian crisis of his making. it's also a national security crisis on top of all of that, but democrats seem to only care about optics and joe biden is asleep at the wheel. here with reaction, fox news contributor, house speaker newt gingrich. you know, it frustrates me -- we already pay top marginal rate of 40% in taxes. the bottom 50% pay nothing in income taxes and now you're going to have an added wealth tax, capital gains tax. you're going to add to that corporate taxes, which we will end up paying for and energy prices now going through the roof. every american is going to be paying through the nose. >> well, look, i think you have to start with the idea that the democratic machine has to have money. if like a great white shark. if you don't feed it, it falls apart. you don't feed the teachers union, you don't feed the government employee is in, just go down the list. so they've got to get the money from somewhere. they are going to borrow as much as they can and then they're going to come after every hardworking american, every american business, large and small. they are going to use really nice-sounding rhetoric, but the truth is they want to put their hand in your wallet to take out your money to give to their allies. and that's the number one reality of this machine. >> sean: the new couple -- okay, all those high paying career energy sector jobs, they are wiped away. border construction jobs, they are gone. now you're going to a legalize 11 million, 15 million people in this country. they will be competing for jobs in the middle of a pandemic when you're down 17 million jobs at the top. how do you get high paying jobs in that environment? >> well, you don't. people who want to understand what's coming should look at argentina under juan perrone. they should look at what's happening in venezuela. they should look at the disaster that we had in zimbabwe. when you bring in a power structure focused on ripping off everybody else to pay off its allies, this isn't about socialism, this is purely about corruption. now, they need the money. and you can tell how bad it is because the huge amount of money you mentioned that's going to california is barely enough to cover up the 34 billion plus that was lost to fraud. i mean, the bureaucracies are now so incompetent, so unwilling to work, so incapable of modernization. in california they were sending out notices with the social security numbers on them, so criminals were picking up these things and looking at it and they were filing false applications. one house got 1700 checks and this is -- everybody who works hard, who is honest, who wants to have a better future for their family needs to understand that the corrupt democratic machine has to review off because it can't control the very bureaucrats in the very unions and the very machines that are the heart of its existence. >> sean: so now we've got 100,000 in one month, illegal immigrants. we got rid of catch and release, stop construction of the border wall, we got rid of the stan mexico policy. okay, so forth -- if it's 100,000, and this is not the peak season for illegal immigrants, we expect a lot more -- we are going to pay for housing, health care, education, food, shelter -- is there anything we are not going to pay for? >> i'm a historian by trade and i've looked at this for years and years. let's be honest, if you stand under a waterfall, you're going to get wet. so what biden has decided to do is put all of america under a waterfall of immigration, pretend that it's okay and have thousands and thousands of people come in who have covert, have others come and who have no of earning an income and others come in who have health problems. and then saying to the rest of us, what can i do? now that they're here i have to take care of them, which by the way sends a signal to the entire planet. joe biden wants you to come to america, why don't you go now? and that's why you see as i think kevin mccarthy pointed out when they were done on the border, you're seeing turks, you're seeing arabs, piercing chinese. people from all -- excuse me -- people from all over the planet are coming to the united states and they are saying joe biden wants me to come here. they make t-shirts that say biden wants me to come here. it can't be clearer what's happening. >> sean: imagined donald trump putting kids and cargo shipping containers and bringing the cages back and giving them tinfoil blankets. i think it would be a different reaction. mr. speaker, as always, thank you for being with us. now we turn to new york, governor andrew cuomo. well, on top of the deadly nursing home scandal and the seven accusations now of sexual misconduct and the 30 plus accusations of workplace harassment and of course what is known as the mario cuomo bridge corruption scandal. cuomo is now facing it another new scandal according to an official ethics complaint. new york's vaccine czar called county officials in new york to gauge what their loyalty to the governor was amid this sexual harassment and resignation investigation and those calls for resignation. at least one democratic official believes that the county's vaccine supply could be impacted by the level of loyalty to the embattled governor. mayor de blasio, as we call him comrade de blasio, said it's the definition of corruption, cuomo might face another investigation on top of the other ones that are ongoing. keep in mind he's already under a state investigation for the sexual misconduct claims under federal investigation for the nursing home cover up but according to the ap, this is all just one big political hit job seized by republicans to distract from biden's many successes. new york republicans have zero power. they have filibuster-proof majorities in both houses and democratic everybody. meanwhile, biden along with pelosi and kamala harris, they are not calling for cuomo to step down. the caucuses awfully silent. this effort is led by democrats in new york state despite going on a weeklong crusade against kavanaugh, the biggest "i believe" in the country against kavanaugh, kamala harris, is nowhere to be found, so question, kamala harris, do believe the seven women that made these accusations against governor cuomo? by the way, any of you in the media mob, are you going to ask about question? if she truly a fighter against sexual harassment? the she truly believe that people that make accusations must always be believed, or is she just playing politics and does not care at all about anything but her own political ambitions and aspirations? here now national syndicated radio host dana loesch, ari fleischer. dana, we will start with you on this. the biggest "i believe her"? kamala harris. i haven't heard a single word out of her now, shocking. >> yeah, no, neither have i. thanks for having me on. i think the whole i believe her and believe all women is situational and predicated on whoever is in the seat of power. that seems to be the case. it certainly was under kavanaugh and it's amazing to me how many of these very empowered strong women who were all lining up behind kavanaugh positivistic users, including this one grown woman who apparently talked about partying with high schoolers, now they are nowhere to be found on this. it's situational. they're using -- first off, it's such a disk management to struggle that actual victims of this sort of predatory behavior indoor, because there are women who go through stuff like that and i will say there's due to go through things like this too to diminish the pain that these people feel by using it as a political ammunition is inexcusable. if they are not going to get mad over this -- if he's not going to resign over there so the nursing homes angle, what is he going to resign over? >> sean: ari, i've been consistent, you've been consistent, dana has been consistent. we don't rush to judgment, we believe in due process, we believe in the resumption of innocence. what happened in the kavanaugh case was one democrat, prominent democrat after the other -- i believe, i believe, i believe, i believe, i believe. even with the late calls by some new york politicians -- and it came in late -- took seven people to bring a number of them out i'm a nobody says the words i believe anymore. why is that? >> [laughs] because what they really were saying is i believe women if they accuse republicans and now you see one woman accuses a democrat, i believe in investigations. and maybe something good will come of this. maybe society will now move to the direction of you actually need due process. everybody who is accused should be subject to a proper investigation and certainly if there is an anonymous accusation, it is the right of the accused to be able to confront and put up a defense against the anonymous source because it shouldn't be anonymous. there is fairness in a society in which justice is blind and applies across gender. your gender shouldn't get you an advantage and it shouldn't give you a disadvantage in justice. maybe that is a good that will come of all of this, but certainly what we did see against brett kavanaugh was the height of hypocrisy just to defeat his nomination to the supreme court. >> sean: by having two separate standards though, dana, what you do is you take a very serious issue and even the republicans, to their credit, they rarely get anything right like this. i thought they got it right in the kavanaugh case. they had the hearings, due process was unfolding before the american people, and everyone then made their -- well, made their opinion on the julie swetnick or less -- there are some people that are dishonest, sadly and that would say anything and even be willing to lie even about something this significant and serious, so that's why you can't rush to judgment, right? >> right. no, i completely agree. just as you said, i mean, we believe in due process and that's what we are consistent. we are going to go by democrats rules, then you just rush through a sham investigation if you even have one and you go ahead and render of guilty verdict in the court of public opinion and that's exactly what was happening in the situation with kavanaugh. sean, what really gets me about this case with andrew cuomo, and i keep thinking that -- i'm not quite sure what it's going to take. we keep hearing all of these stories -- i think it's safe to ask at this point what woman hasn't been grabbed by andrew cuomo in the state of new york at this point? or what family has not had an elderly person within their family unit killed off in a nursing home by andrew cuomo at this point? bill de blasio, to his credit -- which i've never said that sentence before -- bill de blasio is at least trying to tie to two together and other democrats in the state are playing up the playing politics with vaccines. the whole point is that this guy is incompetent, he's corrupt and he thinks that this is the godfather instead of the gubernatorial sea. >> sean: the me ask you, already, you are great at p.r. and crisis management. does andrew cuomo survive at this point? >> well, he can survive for now because he's stubborn and that gets you through a lot as we saw with virginia governor northam when he was accused of blackface and wearing a clan outfit, but i had dinner tonight with a new york state republican chairman, nick langworthy, and he told me that if cuomo is able to get through this, his chances are not going to be able to win a general election in two years, in 2022. he also is now going to have a primary problem. there are many democrats in new york who see him as weak. >> sean: this is his third term, h
