>> you will hear a lot from both sides because of the negotiation going on, to leave afghanistan completely because we have a security relationship with the afghans national security forces and the police, the us and nato forces can go back to assist whenever necessary. the drawdown because the peace deal is the best way for the us to disengage after 20 years in afghanistan. >> the afghan government are dragging their feet, they want to have a say in the future and won't that if the deal goes through. are you saying the afghan government who are to blame for the delays?
