>> team biden has been smart to keep the momentum from the trump administration when they find the peace deal over a year ago and the clock is ticking because that call for the us and nato forces to pull out of afghanistan in may which was coming right up and our negotiators have been working hard to try to bring this deal together but the afghan government are dragging their feet. benjamin: the afghan troops will continue and start attacking us troops as well but in afghanistan, the argument for pulling troops out, the afghan government cannot stand up to the delavan without us supporting you hand the country back over to the militants. how do you counsel that? >> you will hear a lot from both sides because of the negotiation going on, to leave afghanistan completely because we have a security relationship with the afghans national security forces and the police, the us and nato forces can go back to assist whenever necessary. the drawdown because the peace deal is the best way for the us to disengage after 20 years in afghanistan. >> the afghan government are dragging their feet, they want to have a say in the future and won't that if the deal goes through. are you saying the afghan government who are to blame for the delays?
