organized. even he couldn't believe the turnout. i was expecting 15-20 cars max, he recorded. the reason he wasn't expecting more cars is because it is not exactly a republican stronghold. hillary clinton defeated donald trump in stark county texas by 60 points. that is definitive. but things changed and they changed fast. in the span of just 4 years, stark county texas moved from deep blue to almost red. donald trump finished within just 5 points of joe biden. that is a swing of almost 50 points. and the numbers are even more dramatic. donald trump lost in 2016 by 33 points. last november, he easily beat joe biden. these are big changes and we are seeing them all along the rio grande valley through the southern border of mexico. we are looking at these numbers and trying to figure out what they mean. the most amazing thing, the thing that leaps out at them immediately is that they are overwhelmingly hispanic. starr county is overwhelmingly hispanic. so, how could hispanics support donald trump in numbers like that? they must be qanon. most people live in poverty. the median household is under $35,000 a year. but they are voting for trump. what the -- is going on? well, a lot of things are going on probably. but uncontrolled illegal immigration definitely is one of them, probably the main one. and that is completely baffling to people. if you are a yale-educated bureaucrat or a -- golf course you see everything through the f identity politics. you have been told to do that. most illegal aliens are hispanic. so you assume that most hispanics support illegal immigration. that is just how you would think. the problem is you are an idiot. you have no idea what you're talking about, because you have no clue how ignorant you are. how could you know? congressman henry where says that he doesn't live in bethesda. he lives in texas. he sees what's happening. he can't ignore it. on saturday, he told fox news that his constituents are being overwhelmed by an influx of migrants from latin america and the biden administration is doing nothing to stop it. in fact, they are lying about it. >> it may have started under trump, but when you are the president, you own the situation whether it is -- again, i don't care, but i can tell you this. those people that are being released, they are purposefully withholding that information. they have been told not to withhold that information. i have been told that they are bringing people from mcallen over to laredo and they are going to release them in our community. >> tucker: those numbers of people being released. the biden administration is purposefully withholding that information. now, why would they do that? how bad is it? this is an elected democrat admitting he has no idea how many people are reporting to his community every day because the biden administration is hiding this information. he is supposed to be representing this county but he has no idea how many of them are criminals. he has no idea how many of them have covid. no one knows. the situation there is that out of control. and it's not just henry claire who is upset about it. another democrat from texas has charged the biden administration as encouraging illegal aliens, which obviously they are. it has gone worse. i don't think frankly that the biden administration was aware of what is happening around here. i don't think they were aware that there were that many coming across. the border patrol is overwhelmed. they are throwing up their hands because they don't know what to do. now, that's not a problem if you are alexander erica's ear church you shouldn't be surprised by this. policymakers realized a long time ago that they could simply hide most of the relevant data on illegal immigration and no one would bother to look into it. case in point is the total number of illegal immigrants. it has been 11 million officially for decades. everybody repeats that. they keep repeating that number, even when all available evidence contradicts that. that number is a complete lie. there is some research out there, some good research totally nonpartisan. quite possibly more than 30 million. they don't get to the bottom of it because it doesn't bother them. because they are all part of one class. they are the professional class. they run the democratic party and more illegal immigration means cheaper labor for them. it doesn't matter what effect it has on the country. it only matters what crowding is for the natural environment. we have more people living here than we had 30 years ago. what does that do to the environment? no one cares. what is it hurt? no one cares. of course, you do care. if you are living in poverty, the actual numbers matters very much to you. most journalists are refusing. went down to the border to try to understand on foot with a camera, the scope of the illegal immigration search that has intensified. >> the wave of migrants runs the gamut from entire families to children all alone and now once again, larger packs traveling together. >> huge groups are coming in because they know that they are going to be let go. >> u.s. border patrol agents say it's not at all uncommon to encounter clusters of 20, 30, 50, sometimes even groups of more than 100 migrants wandering the desert and surrendering. as the overall apprehension numbers keep picking up. >> we are between 700-1000 daily. >> that translates into a shortage of detention and spaces even as additional temporary overflow facilities are brought online. >> tucker: this is obviously a humanitarian crisis, mostly for americans, but not just for americans, for the migrants themselves. whatever happened to "those kids in cages?" many of them don't have their parents with them. nobody cares anymore. it's hypocrisy, yes. but it's so in-your-face, you have to conclude that hypocrisy itself is the point. they humiliate you and wear you down by ignoring their own previous statements and blowing right past you with their new agenda. as congressman pointed out, the way that they are hiding the data to the complete 180 on the child overflow facility. is it surprising to you that they are being punished? it shouldn't be this is a bigger story than just south texas. it is an attack on entire social class. an attack on working people, the ones who have been hurt the most by covid. just to rub it in, in case you missed the point, the administration is demanding that american citizens remain under corona law forever. meanwhile, foreign nationals living here illegally into essentially whatever they want. >> officials with the city of brownsville, texas, report at least 108 migrants tested positive for covid since the end of january. more than 6% of everyone they screen. a city spokesperson tells fox news don't have the authority to detain those people and prevent them from getting on buses and traveling elsewhere. >> tucker: so, the illegal immigrants, some infected with the coronavirus, get on a bus and just take off. who knows where they are going? no one knows where they are going. that would be racism. meanwhile, a mom in ohio dares to watch her son's football game sitting alone in the stands. and for doing that, she gets tasered, wrestled to the ground, rested all for not wearing an obedience mask. it is awful on every level and a functioning media would expose it. but instead, our media creates diversion. watch the race lady on msnbc. harvard educated, but totally oppressed tells you that you have no moral right to worry about covid. >> did you know who the absolute worst is? >> welcome of this is so predictable that we would have this chaos and they call it a crisis, but this is really their plan all along, to have an open border. the people on the border are the people that are bearing the cost, but as often with this policy and so many others, the people that bear the cost, that bear the burden of this, that pay for it, never have a seat at the table to discuss it. it is the rich, the democrats, and the illegal immigrants are the ones that decide the immigration policy. illegal immigrants, american people that pay the cost in terms of lower wages, overcrowded schools, reduced access to medical care. they don't even have a seat at the table. when they try to raise their voice, they are called names, racist, xenophobic. there concerns are legitimate. they deserve a seat at the table. they deserve to be heard on this and so many of our politicians are afraid to stand up to them and are afraid to stand up to politicians. it is often lost at this debate, the discussion entirely. >> tucker: i'm not sure we are calling it a crisis if i offer free hamburgers and a thousand people show up at my hamburger stand. this is by design. this is manufactured. a crisis is something that happens accidentally. but people are pleased by the spirits because they campaigned on it. this is the same party that has been fighting to keep criminals in the country. the sanctuary city policy has now become a federal policy. so, of course this is predictable. if you say you can come to our country, commit crimes, even the most serious crimes, what does that say to people who want to come to our country? "managers are making sure we are wearing masks while speaking directly to pilots. it has created an issue because they can't hear us clearly. worst-case scenario, again, this is from a air traffic controller. a pilot takes something we say, reads it back wrong, and the results and disaster. we are happy to have him on. thank you for this. where did you get this? where did this come from this morning? >> well, it came in. i have a proton. it is pretty secure. nothing is 100% secure, but it's pretty secure. and people will regularly contact with me with it could be this. a doctor at a major academic center said to me i ran some numbers on post vaccinations. you should see that. and so, of course, the first thing i do want to get something like this as i say hey, can you prove to me you are real? i don't want to get catfish. i don't want to put out information that is not true. people are actually quite willing, to my surprise, they are quite willing to send a work i.d. or even a driver's license. and so, this gentleman did send proof that he was who he said. and usually you can tell anyway. they are going to have knowledge. but he did that. and so, i put it out this morning. he didn't even say -- he just said this is a real risk and i think that people should be aware of it. it is pure mask theater. there is absolutely no reason i should be wearing a mask as i am speaking to a pilot. i thought that was a really good point. several thousand people have retweeted that. now i am talking to you about it. hopefully someone will pay more attention to this. >> tucker: yet, let's not pretend there is no downside. there is a downside to everything. this is an amazing story that honestly baffles me. for people who have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, this seems like very weird guidance. what do you make of it? >> well, it is weird. here is the problem. it is increasingly clear that the vaccines aren't quite as effective. the honest thing to do would be to say these are not 95% effective. we are still going to have to live with this on some level. but once you are vaccinated, things do look better for you and you can drop a lot of the nonsense that we have been telling you you need to do for the last year and you can go out and you can hang out with people. but i think the cdc is very afraid that there will be cases of people getting vaccinated and sick or dying, as has happened in israel. we know that has happened in israel. and so, i think they are trying to cover their -- it's totally unrealistic. >> tucker: welcome allying begets lying. they should just be honest. i appreciate your coming on tonight. thank you. i hope we see you soon. typical thanks for having me. >> tucker: well, over the past year, black lives matter activists have made every city in this country a lot more dangerous. many people have died as a result of that. defunding the police was a major point in their platform. another was getting criminals out of jail. who are those criminals exactly? reporting on a specific case in seattle that highlights what is happening in many places. they have succeeded in keeping a 16-year-old out of jail. shannon has been accused of hit-and-run, several drive-by shootings, attempted right now mike -- he is not in jail tonight. he was released to his home. in 2019, the mother of one of his victims responded to the total lack of punishment. >> this is justice. our whole world, our whole stability, our whole peace of mind. i'm just really outraged and i'm shocked and i'm really disheartened that he was on house arrest in the first place. >> tucker: so, they are against gun violence, but not actual gun violence. it is you defending yourself. jason is seattle radio host. he joins us tonight. if you go around shooting people, that is about the most vicious thing and destructive thing that you could do. why do you get a bail? >> well, in this case, you have the aunt of him who is well-connected. she is a local activist who helped bring a console -- they brought a group of activists to lobby on this kid's behalf. they said the whole country would come together and keep this kid on the right path. at the time, he was 14 years old. one of the most ridiculous points that was made was that this was just a kid being a kid and we don't necessarily know what that is. actions have consequences. now, over the objections of the prosecutor, he was put on home monitoring and he was put into restorative justice programs, which essentially serve as community programs to keep people out of jail. now, one that he was put into was run by a police abolitionist and the leader of a local movement for no youth jail, which means exactly what it says. they were successful in getting an already-approved youth jail detention center from being completed. so, the case goes through the motions. it was delayed over covid. he is 16 years old and ends up pleading guilty to three counts. he's put on probation. a little more than a month after, he has put on probation and arrested and charged in a violent carjacking. he was arrested while wearing a no youth jail t-shirt. it turns out that it didn't work, not because restorative justice programs are not necessarily good, some are. but when you already at the age of 14 turn to this level of violence, the court should not be thinking about how do we save this kid. the court should be thinking about how do we save society from a criminal with a lot of red flags? now, right now he is in fact in detention. >> tucker: i mean, he is a 16-year-old boy. he needs his dad. that is the main thing that boys need, especially 16-year-old boys. where is his dad? >> dad has been in and out of jail his entire life. this is a kid that comes from a broken home. in that regard, he is a victim. when we don't have a strong family structure, you end up going down this wrong pathway, which is why this kid was stealing candy bars at a 7-eleven and hanging out with the wrong crowd. they are not irredeemable. however, the second that you pick up that gun, the second that you do drive-by shootings or an attempted carjacking and a first degree assault, that is when i think we need to start shifting our thinking and saying let's put him in detention. let's put any of these folks in detention. focus restorative justice while they are serving time. >> tucker: exactly. once again, they are not against gun violence. their cities are filled with it. what they are against is self-defense. jason, i appreciate you coming on and thank you for that. really smart analysis. we now know that andrew cuomo, the harasser didn't think there was anything worse, like covering up thousands of deaths. the media forgets about how thoroughly embarrassing, but we haven't forgotten. we save to the tape. we knew this day was coming. we'll be right back. ♪ ♪ >> tucker: well, last week "the new york times" posted a story. what drives latino men to republicans. this is an important question. it is an absolutely real phenomenon. it's very interesting. but "the new york times" is so dishonest at this point, suction out in the open political operation, that the paper literally blamed right-wing misinformation. here is a verbatim quote.
