concern about the biden immigration plan? >> so many things in that bill, it is over 300 pages long, it is truly a wish list by the radical left of what they want to do to immigration which is the this legislation modernizes our immigration system, provides hard-working people who lived here for decades an opportunity to get citizenship, this is not historically democrat or republican primary saying i need help, what about me? what do you say to that? >> absolutely right and the democrats are not even attempting to explain how this helps americans, american workers get back to work or american students get back to school, their priorities are completely upside down and democrats are we focused on illegal immigration and how to make it easier to accomplish that. they are not vaccinations, one in texas, one in midland and one in hurst county, and it has been a struggle. everything has been shut down in terms of being able to move our people and equip and around because of the roads being impassable. the riverside is shutdown, we have to get that when back online at noon today. it was shutdown for one day on monday and we turned into a warming center. it has been up and running the whole week. it is a paradigm shift for us. jillian: have residents said being without power is the most difficult part of water? a combination of both? 7 million texans are without safe drinking water. that is a huge amount, and 200,000 homes are without power. what does it say? >> it is a combination. you don't realize how you take for granted power and water and so you don't have either one, then add in the mix the cold, your house starts to fall apart around you. it is a slam to texans that we are tough people, the sun is coming out, we are getting ready for this cleanup to come. jillian: what issues can see when things start to far? you could see flooding, pipes bursting, we have seen pipes bursting. >> we anticipate that is only going to get worse. is frozen pipes filed folks will deal with floods. there are downed trees all over the place because the weight of the ice and snow has brought down a lot all over the state in the region. we are gearing up to help with that. that is the core response to get folks out of the ground with chainsaws to get back to normal. jillian: what could be the long-term effects of a storm like visiting texas when quite frankly different sections of texas have not been prepared, you are talking about the roads and energy and things like that was grady trimble who works with foxbusiness was on the ground last later was talking to a farmer who said the equipment is not commissioned for the temperatures for this long period of time. could we see long-term residual effect from the storm? >> the long-term effects will be what texans carry in their hearts. until you go through it yourself you don't really realize how often you take the comforts of modern-day life for granted. texans are hardy and rebuild and repair. jillian: as its back forget warmer, we talk about pupil dealing with the far what is to be learned from this and your experience you've seen this entire week of trying to help people? what does texas have to do to ensure something like this doesn't happen again? >> we have to take upon ourselves some personal resilience, make sure we have food and water stockpiled in our houses because you never know when you'll be stuck at home for a couple days. as a country we need to invest in infrastructure. we need to make sure we get to know our neighbors, the neighborly support will get us back to normal. jillian: i am sure you have seen grocery store shelves completely empty all over the place. >> yes. it has been a hit to the supply chain, some trucks were coming to my local grocery store, >> we need a portfolio on america and texas, nuclear, cleanburning is called, fossil fuel, natural gas. we had this issue for a couple reasons. they have 10 inches of snow today. it is unheralded but what happened should never have happened. we have this group, not-for-profit, they told us, the leadership in the state last week, they were ready for this. either the power generators that power our energy, lied to the or misled them or they miss let us. this past monday, ercot said we were a little bit away from the whole system going down. jillian: there will be an investigation into what went >> we all know what planned parenthood is. it is not about women's healthcare as they promote themselves. they put it out there that they are to help women, there are plenty of organizations that help women that do not kill babies as well. when you affect their bottom line they will come after you. jillian: your reactions what planned parenthood has to say, this ban on abortion is not only unacceptable but unconstitutional. see you in court. what do you say? >> we will leave it to the supreme court and pray it gets overturned. it is about time. since the 70s we have been dealing with this and how many lives would have been saved if we didn't have this. we want to make sure the voice is heard. todd: focusing on the courts there have been a lot of states, their case is ultimately the one that makes it all the way to the supreme court and the supreme court was going to take it and overturn roe v wade. why do you think south carolina's bill is the one after all these years?
