FOX23 Investigates: City of Tulsa lawsuit concerning butane

A City of Tulsa lawsuit just became federal.

The opposing side, attorneys for the South Kansas and Oklahoma Railroad asked the judge for it to be moved and won. FOX23 told you about the city suing to get a transloading butane company to move near East Independence and North Lansing Avenue.
