Fox Chapel police have charged a man for allegedly squatting in a vacant home along Riding Meadow Road that is on the real estate market for nearly $700,000. Police arrested Noble Prince Kamoory El, 28, with two counts of criminal trespass. Borough police Chief David Laux, who is set to retire in a few weeks, said the case involving Kamoory El “is probably the strangest one I’ve seen in my career.”
