Fourth suspect in kidnapping case arrested | Northwest Arkan

HOT SPRINGS -- A fourth suspect sought in last year's disappearance of Amir Isiah Ellis, 20, was arrested Thursday on a felony kidnapping warrant almost a month from the day the warrant was issued.
