The first arrests of two people were made when police said a coffee shop near Broadway and East Denny Way was spray-painted and damaged. Not long after, police issued a public safety order to a group that was placing hazards in the road, officials tweeted. A person was arrested at Seventh Avenue and Olive Way where a carton of eggs, some filled with paint, was also recovered after an egg hit a bystander. At one point, the marchers blocked all lanes of South Jackson Street at Eighth Avenue, the Seattle Department of Transportation reported.
