BACOLOD CITY – A former police trainee who is wanted for pending cases in a court in Iloilo City was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 11, in Barangay Handumanan here. Major Richard Fajarito, head of Police Station 10, identified the suspect as former Patrolman Glenn Garbosa, 33, of Barangay 35 here.
