Former exec tells Congress of 'corruption' at ACHA : compare

Calling it "the biggest slumlord in Atlantic City" at a House Financial Services Committee meeting Wednesday, the fired former executive director of the Atlantic City Housing Authority described what he called "corrupt" practices that waste millions of dollars while residents live in unsafe and unhealthy conditions.
