Former Alito Clerk: Dobbs Ruling is 'Most Important Supreme

(CNS News) – At a July 6 event at the Heritage Foundation to review the Supreme Court’s 2021-22 term, J. Joel Alicea, a counsel at Cooper & Kirk and an Assistant Professor of Law at Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, said “Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is the most important Supreme Court decision since Brown v. Board of Education.”
