Foreman cleared of criminal negligence in Dartmouth construc

Justice D. Timothy Gabriel has acquitted Jeff Gooch in the case of a 22-year-old labourer who died from his injuries after falling off a roof at a Dartmouth, N.S., construction site in March 2018.
