The Foh Sang Mid-Autumn Carnival is making a return this year after a two-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic and is expecting some 10,000 visitors over the three-day event from Sept 9 to 11.
Luyang Assemblyman Phoong Jin Zhe said the night market would run throughout the carnival while visitors would be treated to free stage performances from 6pm to 11pm on the last day
