Florida lawmakers propose banning people from sleeping or ca

A Senate committee Monday backed a proposal that would ban counties and cities from allowing people to sleep or camp on public property without permits. A Senate staff analysis said the bill doesn’t define the terms “sleeping,” “camping” or “permitting.”
