A Florida woman who was pulled over for speeding earlier this year, but was let off with just a warning, decided to pay it forward. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Deputy Kevin Baker pulled the driver over on Feb. 15 for going 15 mph over the speed limit. Baker decided to give the driver a warning because she had a good driving record. The ticket would have been a $253 fine. About two months later, Baker said he received a card from the driver he had pulled over. A post on the sheriff’s office's Facebook page said the card came with a check for $253 to go toward a memorial fund for Pinellas County Deputy Michael Magli. Magli was killed in the line of duty in February while trying to stop a suspected drunk driver."Just wanted to say thank you for the warning on Tarpon Ave. I am mindful. Coffee or donuts seemed inadequate, therefore, please accept this check for Officer Magli fund, from neighboring Pinellas County who died tragically serving," the card said.
