FireWatch: Firefighter from Medford killed while fighting Gales Fire in Lane County

The Lane County Sheriff's Office says that 56-year-old Frumencio Ruiz Carapia was hit by a falling tree while working on the eastern edge of the Gales Fire on Monday.
