The Enoch Mgijima municipality has recorded a third fire at one of its buildings in six weeks after its traffic department was engulfed in flames on Thursday last week. The traffic department building, from which its customer call centre operates, was closed on Thursday, resulting in inconvenience for customers who required services such as renewal, booking and testing for driver’s licences.
