Financial executive Robert Kohrman appointed new University

Robert Kohrman, an experienced finance executive with more than 25 years of work in the field, was named Penn State’s new University budget officer beginning full time Dec. 19, 2022. Kohrman, having spent most of his career in higher education financial management and planning, most recently served as a self-employed financial services consultant.
