HOLMEN, Wis. (WKBT)- Today, family and friends helped celebrate Anthony’s Day in Holmen. The event is in memory of Anthony Fimple who was shot and killed while working in downtown La Crosse just over a year ago. Anthony’s day has live music, tattoos, a car show, and many other events with all the proceeds going to the Anthony Fund. “We decided we’re going to put on an event to raise some money for the Anthony fund. And just kind of has a celebration of life for his friends and family and everyone that couldn’t attend last year. So we decided to make it a big deal,” said Fimple Fund organizer and Anthony’s Father, Gus Fimple.
