Filipino community group in Qatar to hold blood donation campaign 16 Mar 2021 - 15:18 By Alexandra Evangelista/ The Peninsula Online Doha: Since 2012, the Unified Triskelion of Qatar (UTQ), a community group of Filipinos, has been actively organizing blood donation campaigns twice a year. In continuation of its initiative, they are organizing a blood donation campaign called "Safe Blood, Save Lives" on March 26, 2021 (Friday) at 7am and will be held at the Hamad Blood Donation Center. "Our organization feels fortunate and grateful that even in times like these we still be able to organize this kind of activity," Nelson Bobis, the Chairman of UTQ, told The Peninsula.
