Fifth Circuit rules against Mayfield family

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals last week ruled for the second time that Madison Mayor Mary Hawkins-Butler and the Madison Police Department were not responsible in the wrongful death of a Chris McDaniel supporter who killed himself in 2014 after being prosecuted by the city for his role in a videotaping scheme that backfired.
