can. do everything you can to try and keep the numbers down. this is not the time to relax. we may have to close things down if we are not careful. before such a politician i can feel the smarmy from here. what the mayor did not tell you he recorded that video permits fancy condo in cabo san lucas mexico. he flew there on a private jet, that is so swank at day after hosting double the amount of legal gas at his own daughter's wedding. and then came the tail between the legs apology roll up boys. i'm sorry i took that trip. it was a lapse in judgment. i want you to know that i apologize but i want you to know that i regret that travel. i would not travel now. i did not over thanksgiving. and i won't over christmas. and no one should. kennedy: i won't over christmas unless i have another private jets. this time we are going to el salvador. at the same time the democrat mayor of san francisco apologizing after eating dinner at the french laundry. the french laundry has more free publicity the past two weeks in the entire existence. this is by a state crackdown on public gatherings. that restaurant sounds familiar it is because it is the same swank joints the california governor gavin newsom got busted at. and remember favorite los angeles county supervisor who ate at a restaurant after voting to shut down all dining in the city? yes. they claim the media's making a story out of nothing. so how can any leaders expect us to follow the rules when they think they don't apply to them? let's meet tonight's party panel we have comedian fox across america radio hosted is the legendary jimmy failla part of got democrat poster and fox news contributor jessica tarlov has the finest decor of all in the realms of the remotely broadcasting. and look at this young americans for liberty president cliff maloney. he is very patriotically dressed tonight. i don't what the ties pink i am assuming it is read. magenta. seaport magenta for old glory rightly so. jim i will start with you. it is as though these politicians forget they are politicians. they completely forget, the mayor of austin steven adler does not even think of himself as the guy in charge. >> know it is hilarious pretty think about steven flying, the mayor of denver fly. when democrat politicians that we are all this together, they mean the delta sky lounge at the airport as her slamming drinks. i love steven adler, we're going to look at the numbers for guess the proof on the bottle of the tequila at this swim up bar in cabo sambuca. it's terrible. and honestly man, it does, it hurts me a little bit. because it is every thing we are accusing it of being. it is a mountain of hypocrisy. it is the reason people themselves do not want to fall besides because politicians don't follow the rules. obscene they are not suffering from this. but we are seeing real lives get destroyed economically, emotionally and through mental health. csi upset with these democrats jessica tarlov. kennedy: so jesse, sheila we talked about on this show. she is her supervisor. but restaurant were no less dangerous when she ate there alfresco then they were the next day when outdoor dining was banned. they were as toxic when she went there, which means that people with all the knowledge and data are not personally scared of the virus. but clearly it is not just democrats. even though they are the ones that meant they are committing the most flagrant fouls. but mike pompeo is having a 900 person party in washington. a christmas party. it is absurd. you heard kayleigh mcenany say when she was the press secretary about five hours later when she was on hannity she was the paper waiver. she said the white house is going to have their christmas parties because if folks can go out and protest for criminal justice reform against racial inequality than they can have their christmas parties. no one should be having christmas parties. it is a very rare occasion where i say i would rather be a republican talk about this topic because i feel like republicans are consistently been dummies about it. mikey you are so minute think before they have consistently been far less hypocritical. at least they're saying yes the virus is dangerous but we can't shut everything down because the consequences of that far outweigh what is happening with the virus. >> that was my point. that was my points but it has been consistently wrong instead of you should be living this way that i'm going to be living this way. and we have a vaccine coming, just suck it up for another few months, right? kennedy: but you have to suck it up if you are the person empower with control over people's lives telling them what to do. either don't believe your edicts and that's the case stop issuing them. or you have to live by her own sword. so cliff, clearly it's not just about walking things down. there are other consequences and effects here for people who are utterly helpless to some of these lockdowns give me some of the numbers. >> look at things the silver lining is its entire covid situation has forced people to ask themselves what is the proper role of government? austin texas leave and called this out for months. but the hypocrisy is asked even say wait a second wiser one set of rules for the folks who were supposed to follow them but the politicians don't have to? are the basic numbers. it's not the virus that is the problem. it is the government's reaction to the virus. the un says wondered 30 million people, kennedy, wondered 30 million people will be facing starvation due to the government lockdowns. not the virus, the reaction to it. 100,000 american businesses are now partly right and 40% of americans. 40% have $0 in savings where they cannot just stay home. give them the choice to work. >> you have been in the system for 20 years and you know you are have a guaranteed income for the rest of your life say no outdoor dining. but if you don't have any money in the bank, how are you supposed to not work? this show shortsighted. oh yes the coronavirus pandemic is breaking records. 3157 americans die from the disease yesterday alone. president-elect abiding is saying americans will be forced to wear masks for his first 100 days. i should say he's asking them to work masks for the first 100 days in office, for the purge not coronavirus. lockdowns are tightening to levels that we have not seen since the spring. the cdc says americans should avoid traveling for christmas break the mayor of los angeles declared a shot out of all nonessential businesses any stay at home order and then governor delaware had estate home advisor. it's in effect therefrom november 14 to january 11. so will masks and lockdown help? joining me now the professor of medicine fox news medical correspondent author of the brenda book covid, the politics of fear, dr. marc siegel is back. welcome max. >> candy it's great to see you. kennedy: thank you burger time at lockdown spirit top outdoor being completely banned. not only los angeles county but in communities across the country. which means restaurant owners are not able to stay afloat throughout the holidays. so is this what we need to do? are these lockdowns what we need in order to once again flatten the curve? clearly that's important. clearly what we are doing is not working. so are lockdowns the answer? >> no comment lockdowns don't work pressure panels just said there's a ten vendors cost of lockdowns, kenny look at los angeles 70 degrees in los angeles today. but no outdoor restaurant open? makes no sense whatsoever. they were loaded with turkey before thanksgiving but they had to throw it out. by the way you're going to be happy to know one essential business that is open, and cannabis shops are open. liquor stores are (i'm not suggesting you're going to spread culvert at a cannabis shop on i'm talking how ridiculously illogical it all i is. people making decisions are not public health experts. everyone things that expert on code part i noted about covid. threes using the hypocrisy outside effect the politicians are traditionally hypocritical and don't apply the same rules to themselves as they don't actually know the real science is. you know restaurants of the course of the pandemic of gotten better at enforcing distancing. and putting in place certain rules buried same with churches, same with senate dogs. science does not show where covid is spreading. culvert is not spreading in small gatherings, candidate spreading and large gatherings. and it is spreading inside people's homes. so all of these lockdowns and closing everything, like to say by the way you do not even need a stay at home order in l.a., because nothing is open. in new york if you look in the streets you can go out but there's nowhere to go. lockdowns destroy the economy. they destroy our mental and physical health. and on top of that they do not decrease the spread of covid. kennedy: clearly we are stuck. your hearing the stories about icus being at capacity. in hospitals not having enough beds and emergency rooms were not only covid patients prefer other people who come in with some pretty serious injuries. and of course nursing home patients. the recent one of my guests pointed out earlier this week, the reasons for locking ourselves down is so we don't get beloved family member sick. you make a good point about a lot of code leaping spread in a home. because once you get in your house or comfortable. your mentality completely shifts. you take the mask off and you are touching things as though you are the only one who is been there spreading germs. >> absolute kennedy made two of the good points. nursing homes are 40% of the deaths in that they are only 6% of the cases. we had to figure out once we start to vaccinate people in nursing homes including staff that's when help a lot. the other key point here is poor neighborhoods but we are overlooking them. minority neighborhoods, that is were all the covid is spreading. though in los angeles were closing mcdonald's, burger king, domino's pizza, sometimes people actually need to go there. and by the way, another hypocrisy 70 degrees today, guesswork twice the amount of spread is occurring? this makes the same hypocrisy points. 3% of spread less to enter for outbreaks, 3% was in restaurant restaurants. 7% was in government offices, 7%. more than twice as much spreading right there in the mayor's office is spreading in the restaurant he is closing. kennedy: oh my goodness it is a very, very hard to stomach. not that we can because we can't go out to eat. doctor siegel thank you so much. think you kennedy. the panel returns to play america's tv game "party swap" apart it's going to be good. first president vice jim president trump, vice president penson both heading to georgia this weekend. they are worried how that could affect the big senate run the print will talk to republican jody hice about what's going on in his state. stay with me. so you only pay for what you need. isn't that what you just did?
