If the president wins the states he won in 2016 he gets reelected, it is as simple as that he has been to States Hillary clinton won. He has been to New Hampshire in recent days. Was in minnesota in recent days. Was in nevada, we think those are states we can add to the president s column. We start we believe with a floor of 306 electoral votes. That is what we won last time. We can only build on that. He is barnstorming states, wants to drive upturnout in the state. We have senate races in those states he wants to help n we feel very good where we are. I note that joe biden decided to make his Closing Argument in western pennsylvania with leading antiactivist lady gaga. Here i am with a person who wants to kill the jobs in the fracking industry. If that is his closing message well take it from the trump perspective. Elizabeth that is interesting. President and joe biden barnstorming to the four corners of pennsylvania. This is democrats firewall. The vyings president is doing what the president doing there. The Pittsburgh Post Gazette backs President Trump that is the first republican endorsement since 1972 for that paper. It us not about the national polls. It is about the battlegrounds. It is about the Electoral College. He will need to win pennsylvania and florida. With those two states in his pocket he can afford to lose michigan and wisconsin. Is that how you see it . Well, we dont intend to lose any of those but youre right, the president intends to win florida. He will hold on to georgia, win north carolina, pennsylvania, was always going to be very important and again michigan and wisconsin. Were in the president s camp in 2016. We believe he will win there again. Were well beyond the point where polls mean anything. Were looking at real vote totals coming in through the early vote period and joe biden has not hit his marks. The leads that he built up at the beginning of the early vote period have dissipated. In some states the president has gone ahead in early voting. In the other states the biden lead is so small we know that the president s election day turnout tomorrow is going to be enormous and it is going to swamp joe bidens lead. President is going to be reelected. He will be doing it by the huge election day turnout we know is coming tomorrow. Elizabeth yeah. Weve been reading through the footnotes of these polls and were trying to figure out how the polls are potentially underestimating how significant the shy, silent trump voter is. They dont want to be identified because they have been harassed. They have been screamed at. The real clear politics average of 10 polls for the battleground states, biden is up more than three points in michigan, pennsylvania, wisconsin. That same real clear politics average showed Hillary Clinton winning all three of those states in 2016 when trump won them. We continue to question as critics are too, what is going on with the polls. Charles cook of the cook report said hidden shy voter for biden is the College Educated suburban woman. That is who he thinks is the biden silent voter. What do you think . Well, i mean, i guess, we dont like to call them a shy trump voter. The better way to describe it would be take a hike trump voter. Our people will not report to pollsters. These are polls paid for by Media Companies who have been trying to destroy and defeat the president for four years. Why anybody puts stock in polls paid for by the same Media Outlets is beyond us. Our folks dont answer poll questions. They dont want to talk to pollsters. The polls dont take into massive number of newly registered republicans in states. Over 200,000 republicans in pennsylvania and that, north carolina. Those dont register in polls. They have not figured out a way to measure those things. They dont know what is going on the ground. Weve seen the data for better part of the year. We know where the president stands. He is going to be reelected. Elizabeth i want to show the New York Times map. How long the vote will take and what share of votes expected to be counted november 4th. That is a map all over the map. We have this odd tweet, it has been called odd by critics from Pennsylvania Attorney general joshua shapiro. All the votes added up in pennsylvania, trump will lose. That is why he is working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from the process. That is the attorney general of pennsylvania tweeting that out. Really when it comes down to, when voters peel back the curtain. We have indictments, leaks, indictments, leaks, turnover, pandemic, protests but when voters pull the curtain they ask themselves who has earned my vote . What have you done for me . Trump is hammering away on jobs and taxes in pennsylvania. Tim, were seeing pennsylvania had 380,000, 380k fewer jobs now versus last year. The number of Small Businesses in the keystone state cut by 1 5 since last year. People on social media, they dont like the protests how they led to shooting and looting. They dont like the pandemic is doing nationwide shutdowns but when voters go in pull the lever what will you do for me . We have former senator phil gramm saying in an oped biden plans to raise taxes and regulations three times as much as president obama did. President obamas gdp growth was at an 80year low, 2 . Other states have these delayed counts. No, we definitely wont know the answer tomorrow. Elizabeth so, also this is like 300 lawsuits now. There was 230 last week. Now the number of lawsuits has grown over the election. It is filed in dozens of states. So how long will this go on if we dont know the winner by tomorrow night . Well, what well see are court cases. Then you will see appeals that may wind up as high as the Supreme Court. That is going to take several weeks. But frequently, as in the case with the bushgore race and hanging chad from long ago, you know, the Supreme Court, the state Supreme Courts, they will move pretty quickly on these. I dont know that it will drag into january but there is certainly that possibility. Elizabeth january . I mean, that is, that is unheard of for the united states. Yes. Elizabeth voters and people out there would say we dont want this for our country. We dont want to have this going into january because the more you have that, uncertainty, the more potential street action and riots you have, right . Absolutely. The longer this is held out or, longer it takes to certainly will create more instability. Then the decision when it comes later, there is more anxiousness and all of that so yeah, that is a concern. I think the courts will be very responsive but there there wille appeals. Several of these will probably go all the way to the Supreme Court. Elizabeth yeah, President Trump said yesterday, as soon as the election is over he will go in with the lawyers. He is preparing for a tough legal battle. He is disputing a report that he would declare himself as winner if he was in the lead. Talk about the Supreme Court. Is the conservative wing of the Supreme Court, is that a factor . Were excited about judge Amy Coney Barrett and her addition to the court. She will go by the law and what the law says and the constitutionality of the law. A lot of the issues have been judged, unelected bureaucrats making decisions because of covid at the last minute to subvert the laws of each state. I think thats wrong. I think we need to execute the law as it is written. If we do that the Supreme Court will come alongside that. It is where the laws are subverted, particularly by nonlegislative legislators make the law. So when some bureaucrat or an executive order changes the voting process, contrary to the laws of the state, well that creates a big problem. Elizabeth talk to us more about that. So what exactly is the issue . Well the issue is, you know, you take, for example, the court ruling in texas, in houston and drivein ballots. These were decisions that were made at the last minute on how to execute the, sort of voting process during the covid pandemic. You cant just change state laws by executive orders and, at the last minute and expect the voter to know exactly how theyre supposed to do it. Thats the problem. And then the judges rule to support not the law but this bureaucratic decision at the last minute. So that creates the concern that i think you will see presented to the courts again and again. Elizabeth you know, yeah, i hear you. Pennsylvania and wisconsin, other states they cant begin counting the ballots until election day. That is an issue too. You have the Pennsylvania Attorney general josh shapiro tweeting out if all the votes are added up in pennsylvania trump is going to lose. So you can see at the ag level, you know, it is getting really politicized. Your final word, sir . You know that position, that particular individual in that position is incredibly political and incredibly biased. So i would ask the american, you know, viewer dont pay him any attention. Reports coming in that the fbi is questioning Hunter Bidens former Business Partner Tony Bobulinski. Tony bobulinski sauce this should be the focus. The alleged 10 cut for joe biden on a multimilliondollar deal with chinas Energy Conglomerate cefc. The big guy, bobulinski says joe biden. Bobulinski says the five Million Dollars that the chinese wired to hunter biden via off offBalance Sheet Shell Companies. The question is, did joe biden get the money. We dont see that yet. Tony bobulinski is saying focus on that. Why . Who knows, why. He is mad he didnt get his money and it is a hot topic right now. I dont think we have nearly enough evidence to say what the fbi is focusing on and why and i think for sure it looks like they have been, lets put it this way, hunter biden has been in their orbit for quite a while. I mean, my gosh his former Business Partner has been convicted and that conviction has been recently upheld. So again, it is a big story. It is a story that should being covered by the Mainstream Media and it isnt. But we just dont know enough to know if that should be, if that should be the focus. Elizabeth okay. So joe biden is named as a possible witness in the bond fraud case involving allegedly involving devin archer. Joe biden is actually named in Court Records as a possible witness in that. That i think that is what youre referring to. We have the fbi investigating Hunter Bidens laptop for Money Laundering. Hunter biden began sending large wire transfers out of the pot of money he got from china over to james and sarah biden to their bank account and a lot of these wires involved Shell Companies. The Treasury Department and banks are flagging them for potential criminal financial activity. We dont know if there is Money Laundering involved here but treasury analysis, sol, the aim was to send large amounts of money into the u. S. , to these Bank Accounts to purchase, quote, luxury goods and properties. The amount flowing through the hudson west shell was 902 million. That is according to one report. This is, sounds like if you take out the names, this is classic Money Laundering stuff. Well, there are all kinds of things like i said that hunter biden could conceivably being investigated for. Obviously he is involved in influence peddling. There is potential violations of the foreign corrupt practices act. There is potential violations of fara, foreign registrations act. He is apparently worried about that. There is no question that is suspicious activity which is why a sars report, a suspicious activity report, was filed by a bank. Now there is a difference between that and being indicted and convicted. I actually was not really talking about him being listed as a witness, hunter and joy. That is a complete, that means virtually nothing. That happens in the federal criminal trial when certain names of famous people might be listed. They asked the potential jurors about that. Is there anybody who has, you know, here are some people who might testify. Does anybody have a bias or a problem about that . So that is a complete nothing part of the story but the other part, the hunter biden part, that is all extremely disturbing. And by the way, and the fbi should be investigating it and by the way, thats what we call kompromat. I wonder if the fbi started a counterintelligence investigation . Because all this could be compromising material on the bidens. That was the standard they used to start one on president , president ial candidate trump. Something tells me they arent doing a counterintelligence investigation on former Vice President biden. But hunter should be looked at. Yes. Elizabeth interesting. We have very little, we have very little on joe biden except that his statement that he never discussed business with his sons is obviously looks like its false. Elizabeth okay. So the idea about joe bidens name being in the Court Records, it just is an indication joe biden knew a lot more about what Hunter Bidens business dealings while denying it. I hear what youre saying about that but were going to dig into this next. Why the bidens were getting involved with cefc, the Chinese Energy conglomerate in the first place, right . Because cefc was part of chinas big belt and Road Initiative for a global power. And so, chinese intelligence, New York Times reported this, chinese intelligence knew the value of the biden family name and went after hunter biden to get them involved. So is that part of kompromat story that youre talking about . Go ahead, take that on. Absolutely. Look, hunter biden is selling access. He is selling access to the biden name and all that, all that can get somebody, can get a foreign entity that is seeking influence. It is something unfortunately done on both sides of the aisle by career politicians. You know, there have been books recently written about it. And it is a very bad feature of american political life that should be altered. Again, but when people throw around the name the bidens, i am not a fan of joe biden at all but when you throw around the names like the biden and you Start Talking about criminal activity, there is nothing so far to indicate that joe biden is involved in any criminal activity. And hunter biden has not been indicted yet. Elizabeth that is exactly right. He is being investigated it looks like and he should be investigated. The question is the fbi had that laptop for a very long time. There is questions now, what exactly is going on, what is the status of that. So you know, again you and i talked about this, sol, it is devilishly hard to make a case with anything when you involve 16 plus Shell Companies and more doing these wire transfers, being used to skirt the foreign registration act or the fcpa. So you know, thats the issue too. They purposely set up shells to circumvent and do an endrun around a bunch of u. S. Laws. Your final word, sol . Well the fbi is capable of investigating shell corporations and going through those. Theyre not always really very good at looking into laptops right away. We learned that from the Hillary Clinton laptop that her assistant had that the Anthony Weiner material was on or the Anthony Weiner laptop, sorry. It is not as if he was not aware, would not be aware of who the players were in china. So the question should be asked about intelligence. You know, before, even voted, they have already now making an excuse why you got to be upset about something. I think that is a main, main problem. If you going to be a leader, be a leader. What is your reaction when you heard the first lady there . They say they have become a political propaganda tool. That is tough words. 100 . She is absolutely right. She is pulling her punches on it. She has been saying it on the campaign trail four weeks. President trump was very popular with the media. I lived in new york. He was in the Society Pages and in the pages and cozy with politicians, cozy with entertainers. He was very popular with the media until he decided to take on the establishment. That is when they turned on him, ever since his campaign started the media has been attacking him, mocking his supporters, ridiculing him. Over the last four years since he became the president it is always felt like the Mainstream Media and increasingly journalists and twitter, facebook, instagram has similarly been absolutely 100 arrayed against him whoever the democrat is. That is tough, not just against the democrats but against the media too. Elizabeth you know, in new yorkers who have followed the president , the president is a new yorker, know that the president , then, big realtor, donald trump was using the term, quote, fake news since the 1970s. He used it against local tv reporters. He said it in an interview with mike wallace. He has been using the term fake news for a decade. He goes to washington, becomes president. The media takes umbrage against that. They think he is putting in a fascist state shutting down the press. You see narratives, that he is antisemitic, antimuslim, a warmongerrer and a russian agent. Vituperative attacks go against the president. When you hear all of that, you know the history of donald trump, how do you put all that together . I mean you cant. We see an establishment that is threatened by an iconoclast. What donald trump says for, whatever cozy rips you thought you had with whisperers or you in the white house, you cant count on those at least not officially. Like many successful people, he doesnt take kindly to criticism but that is to be expected. What the media absolutely did not expect him to take them on, hold them accountable. You know, elizabeth, what weve seen increasingly in american media. There is no accountability for calling Election Results wrong, polls wrong, russia wrong, ukraine wrong. China biden scandal wrong. There is no accountability for any of that. They laugh, sell their books and move on. So holding them accountable is what theyre scared of more than anything else. I dont think the media loving joe biden as icon future of america, so much as they hate trump and would like to see him gone. The first lady said i dont like what my husband tweets all the time. She doesnt like what he says in the tweets and agrees with the policy. You talk about accountability, a columnist for the boston globe suggested that the president s supporters were like terrorists with the isis state. Posted a photo of caravan of trump performers, you get the picture . This looks like the isis flag. See the difference . Me neither. Talk about that, final word on that . We had the most insane hysteria, comparing him to hitler unfavorably. Et cetera. When that is their tone, that is their one note, you know, turn it up to spinal tap 11 rhetoric, nobody can take them seriously. What they need to be back in power and relevance for donald trump to be gone. Then everyone can start catering to them again like in normal administrations.
