Downgraded to a tropical storm. It mitt landfall overnight as a category two hurricane near gulf shores, alabama a. The storm moving northeast at the relatively slow pace of 2 miles an hour. It has hit parts of alabama, florida, mississippi and georgia. Parts of those states are being pummeled with massive amounts of rain, and thats why we point out the speed, the slow speed with which it is advancing now that its made landfall. Its produced lifethreatening flooding, and winds are damaging. Fema has more than 2500 responders prepositioned, ready to give assistance to those in the path of what has been a disastrous storm. Meanwhile on the west coast, 87 large wildfires are burning. 34 people have been killed, almost 5 million acres of land scorched and thousands of homes have been destroyed. Making matters worse, choking smoke from these fires has adversely affected, as you would expect, the air quality, placing it in an unhealthy range, to say the least. Smoke has traveled far now as europe. President trump making something of a stir of his own today, the president lashing out at the radical dems over the stalledout china virus relief negotiations. President trump accusing those dems of withholding stimulus payments that he wants to be sent directly to the American People. President trump tweeted this democrats, he said, are heartless. They dont want to give stimulus payments to people who desperately need the money and whose fault it was not that the plague calm from china came from china. Go for the much higher numbers, republicans. It all comes back to the usa anyway one way or another. I interpret that to mean he wants the full trillion dollars. I dont see it as being an entreaty to [laughter] even begin to think about the astronomical numbers that nancy pelosi has been playing with. Breaking news now, prosecutors have unsealed charges against five chinese citizens for Cyber Attacks against more than a hundred companies in the United States and around the world. Those companies include social media firms, universities and telecom providers, those firms that were attacked. And joining us now is jared kushner, the Senior Adviser to President Trump. And, jared, its great to have you with us. Youve had quite a week. Youre getting use, i suspect, to quite the extraordinary weeks. The administration continues to make Great Strides and advances. These are historic. Give us your thoughts, youve been working hard with the president and the secretary of state to bring this to fruition. Thank you, lou, for having me. Its great to be with you. Yesterday we su saw at the white house President Trump prepseudod over the signing of two separate peace agreements, israel and United Arab Emirates and israel and bahrain. When President Trump ran for office, the middle east was a total mess. Isis had a call lu fate the size of ohio, iran was very emboldened thanks to terrible deal the Previous Administration made, and President Trump really put an end to that. He took his first trip to saudi arabia as president , he laid out his plan for how he wanted to fix the middle east, and this week weve harvested some of the fruit. A lot of people said hed start world war iii, yesterday he actually did just the opposite where he was able to make the first peace deal in the middle east in 26 years. And he did not just one deal, but two deals which is why, again, the American People love the results that President Trump is bringing. Lou well, who would not other than, of course, the radical dems and the left in this country. No one has been more egregiously opposed to trumps middle east policy than john brennan who is not only the former director of the obamaera cia, but also a suspect you can add the number, you would put him in the top five of those leading the obamagate scandal against President Trump. Lets go back to may 14th of 2018 and what brennan had to say about the trump the initiatives in the middle east. Deaths, he said, in gaza result of utter disregard if we could put this up, please, this full screen . Deaths in gaza result of utter disregard of ambassadors trump and net netanyahu by moving emby to jerusalem trump played politics, destroyed u. S. Peacemaker role, new generation of israelis, palestinians need to us isolate extremists to find path to peace. We could go on with almost the entire National Security staff of the white house in those years. They were wrong and they were wrong and they were wrong. President trump has, through the course of his first term in office, been proved right not only in the middle east and in culminating in these agreements, these historic agreements, but throughout his presidency. He has been right on the federal reserve, hes been right on interest it rates, he has been right on china, on tariffs. And economic growth. Tax sauce taxation and tax cuts. The list goes on, and yet your administration doesnt get the credit, near the credit, that it deserves, only assault from the left and the radical dems. And now comes nancy pelosi wanting to talk about the stimulus package, the china virus relief package. Are you seriously going to entertain, is the president going to entertain a 3 trillion number . Because he left it ambiguous as to what number he was talking about when he talked to republicans saying go for the higher number. Right. President trumps a dealmaker. He always leaves all things open, but hes a pragmatist, and at the end of the day, hell do whatever he thinks is best to make the American People safer and more prosperous. You just showed John Brennans comments. Again, they did not understand President Trump, they didnt understand why he won, husband supporters, how frustrated the country was with seeing decades of failed leadership in washington, soldiers finish. Lou they not only didnt understand, yeah, they didnt not only understand President Trump and they still dont they didnt obviously understand the middle east or the policies that were necessary to achieve the kind of success that President Trump has succeeded, has achieved here. And they were took a different approach, and thats why [inaudible] lou anything we can point to. Yeah, different. Straightforwardly. You look at what they dud, gave 150 billion to the treasury of iran, the largest state sponsor of terrorism, and as the saying goes, you get what you subsidize. And theyfectively were sub sutizing not only terrorism, but continued chaos and pawn and suffering throughout the middle east in far too many arab states. You have reversed that. The president has reversed the decline of this country on the worlds stage. Give us a sense of what is happening with tiktok and the chinese. The deal in the which tiktok would maintain, would be, would main talk about majority control. That sounds like an awfully bad deal. Tell us what makes sense about it that is not at least, to me, obvious. Right. So i think theres two separate questions. One about tiktok, and the second ones about china more broadly. With regards to tiktok, the president obviously took a very strong action to say that he wanted to protect the National Security interests of america, he wanted to protect their privacy and their data. He put in place a very strong action that said if he doesnt get a satisfactory outcome, hes going to shut the company i down. They it . Ed a deal to the cfius review board, and i know thats under review, so i cant comment on it, but i do believe its being adjudicated on the merits of whether its going to protect american citizens security, and im sure hell make the right decision. With regards to china more broadly, obviously, were still fighting through this pandemic. I think President Trumps cone a great job of getting our country to a place where our economy is rebounding. Were very rapid arely accelerating vaccines and they were therapeutics, and weve gotten supplies to all the governors and hospitals that have needed it. But President Trump, obviously, knows that this is, theres some very tough discussions to be had with china and, obviously, based on the track record that President Trump has in the first three years, nobodys been tougher on china with his policies. Hes very angry about all the jobs that left our country, but unlike past politicians, he actually took action and was reversing the course before the pandemic came. My sense is once we get through, President Trump will rebuilding the economy, bring our jobs back faster than anyone thinks and make our economy rise to a higher place than we were before. Lou i want to return to tiktok because it is the president who put this forward, and cfius, frankly, i dont care about because theyre 99. 9 of their decisions, they rubber stamp what a president it isnt is just with this administration, but as you well know, they rubber stamp decisions and very seldom oppose the president. The president s view here was that he wanted them to duh vest; that is divest, the Chinese Company with is absolute obligations to the Chinese Communist party and government. How could this possibly be a construct that a makes sense in which oracle would end up with minority status, not even majority control, and furthermore then have the company headquartered in the United States . That sounds like a very preposterous construction of a deal to follow the president s orders to divest by september 15th. Right. Well, you know better than anyone, lou, that if the president doesnt like a deal, he wont be awe grade to walk away from it. Afraid to walk away from it. He didnt settle for a good deal, he waited til he got the deal that he really wanted and made that deal. The president will review this deal as it comes in. I know hes been briefed preliminarily, but i believe theyll give him the full brief once they f gone through the review so they can show whether it does secure, protect the data of american citizens or not. And then on the proper baucus, hell make the bay us, hell make the right adjudication as he has before. Lou he has been historically right on so many things. That is not my concern. My concern is our audience understanding how what looks to be a very peculiar construction be rational and sustainable, protecting the National Interests which is, i think is not obvious. Jared kushner, its always great to talk with you. We appreciate it. We understand that your fatherinlaw has advanced the time with his briefing, so were going to take a quick, were going to make a quick move to jim jordan, to jim jordan. Congressman from ohio, great american. And congressman, great to have you here. You heard me ask i did. Lou great to have you. I asked him about the tiktok deal. It makes no sense to me, does it to you . No. Well see what cfius does. I just dont know. I do know this president , like no other president , has stood up to china, and this president does what he says hes going to do, gets results. I mean, lou, think about it. Taxes cut, regulations reduced, Fastest Growing economy in history prior to this coronavirus. Lowest unemployment income 50 years, out of the iran deal, embassy in jerusalem, hostages home from north korea, new trade agreements with, new nafta agreement, rebuilding the wall, rebuilding our economy, these new peace deals with bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. And then to top it all off, big ten football. I mean, thats amazing. So this president goes against the convention aal wisdom, does what he says lou congressman hell do the same thing with china. Lou you know, you would think you had a personal interest in big ten football. This leaves the pac12 as the only member of the power five yeah. Lou who will not be playing football apparently. It was a political decision by the big ten, the commissioner of the big ten made an awful decision. Do you think hell survive it . Well, well see. What i do know is the vote was 311 not to play a few weeks ago. President trump gets involved and what was the vote yesterday . 140. Football is back in the midwest, football is back in the big ten, and thats good for those young student athletes, for all student athletes at the college level, and its good for the country. So this was a total one for the do you think biden could accomplish that . No way. Lou well, i dont know if hes got i dont even know if he has a tv in that basement, so well probable never know. Congressman, im sorry were shortened. The president has decided to lot more important, hes a lot more important than me, lou. [laughter] thanks so much. Keep it up. Lou you bet. And theres a great metaphor in all of this in the big ten. Follow this president , follow his leadership and you get both unity and results that everyone desires. The lou dobbs tonight the quote of the day from china joe biden, he said and were going to ask you to be patient, see if you understand what he tried to saw. Apparently, he was talking about getting military veterans in the private sector. See what you divine from his remarks. Thats what we spent a lot of time doing in our administration, getting, providing significant number of government jobs in the federal government because if you could take, if you were a quarter master, you could sure in hell take cower running, you know care running, you know, a Department Store thing, you know, and the second floor of the ladies department, you know what i mean . If you have been responsible for a couple billion dollars worth of tax, you can sure handle a distributing whats few for a, you know capacity for, you know, i dont know, fedex, you know . You can do it. Lou democrats, thats your president ial nominee. Ron johnson, senator johnsons Homeland Security or committee has voted along party lines to authorize obamagate subpoenas. The committee will now call in some 40 obamaera officials for closed door testimony. That list includes former cia director john brennan, former director of National Intelligence james clapper, former fbi director james comey. And johnson, senator johnson today pulled a separate vote to subpoena the u. S. Ambassador to slovakia, bridget brink. She is to answer questions about the energy firm burisma and their ties to their board member, hunter biden, son of the democrat president ial nominee. Johnson says brink will come in voluntarily, her decision falls in favor of johnson. The president is advancing toward the briefing room. Hes are there at the , at the stand. Last night as a category 2 hurricane and 35 inches of rainfall in some pluses. Thats a lot. We have hundreds of fema, coast guard, we have the National Guard personnel on the ground assisting response to the efforts, and alabamas in great shape and every place that we are working with the state governments, really in great shape. We are working very hard on that, but it hooks like its going to be mostly safe but just follow the instructions of all of your local and federal people there. We have the best people that you can have, so i want to thank everybody. I want to thank everybody for working so hard in florida, and theyre very good at this. The people in florida handle it, they know how to handle it, and the people working there know how to handle it. The governors have all been spoken to, and its a combination of real spirit. They have a tremendous esprit de corps, they have a tremendous sense of working on hurricanes. Theyve gotten very good at it, and weve certainly had plenty. Even since ive been here, weve had a lot of them. Thats in good shape, hurricane sally. Were going to talk about big ten football, but thats a terrific thing. Well disthat at the end, i just want to go into the Vaccine Distribution. Today my administration released our Detailed NationalVaccine Distribution plan, and that includes a plan to unsure that we swiftly deliver the vaccine directly to americas Senior Citizens in Nursing Homes, and its all set. We have our military lined up, everybodys lined up, and we think thats going to go very nicely. Were very close to that vaccine, as you know. And i think closer than most people want to say or certainly closer than most people understand. To get the vaccine into the hands of American People, were fully mobilizing the i awesome power of american industry and also our military. This is the largest, fastest and most advanced Vaccine Distribution effort in American History but far. I was reading where biden was saying that, oh, hes going to have a plan. They did so bad on swine flu, you wouldnt even believe it. Take a look at their record on swine flu. In fact, the person that headed it up said it was a total disaster. Were on track to deliver the vaccine in a very, very safe and effective manner. By we think they can start sometime in october. Is so as soon as its announced, well be able to start. Thatll be from mud october on. Mid october on. It may be a little bit later than that. So as soon as its given the go ahead, theyre doing trials, as you know, and we will get it out, defeat the virus. Weve manufactured all of the necessary supplies so that as soon as the fda a approves the vaccine and as you know, were very close to that well be able to distribute at least 100 million vaccine doses by the end of 2020 and a large number much sooner than that. Im calling on biden to stop promoting husband antivaccine his antivaccine theories because all theyre doing is hurting the importance of what were doing. And i know that if they were in this position, theyd be a is saying how wonderful it is. Theyre recklessly endangering lives. You cant do that. And, again, this is really a case that theyre only talking, just started talking a little bit negatively, and thats only because they know we have it or we will soon have it. And the answer to that is very soon. The case updates, its very interesting to see whats happening because the test the Positivity Rate is down among all age groups and has fallen below 5 for the First Time Since this whole nightmare of the china virus began. So its fallen below 5 . The number of hospitalized patients has decreased 3eu 43 from mid july. 43 . Nationally, people suck with the china virus now make up only 1. 5 of all emergency room visits, the lowest number weve had. 1. 5 of emergency room visits is for the china virus. And thanks to our life saving therapies and treatments, i think this is the best of all in terms of our great percentages and all the progress weve made, the fatality rate has fallen 85 since april. 85 , fatality rate. If you look at what weve done and all of the lives that weve saved and im going to to ask that a graph be put up, and now its up. This was right at the beginning. This was our prediction that if we do a really good job, well be at about 100,000240,000 deaths, and were below that substantial lu. Well see what comes up, but that would be a good job if the not so good job was between 1. 5 million i remember these numbers so well and 2. 2 million. Thats quite a difference. So were down. And thats despite the fact that the blue states had pretremendous death rates tremendous death rates. If you take the blue states at, were at a level i dont think anybody in the world would be at. But some of the states, they were blue astronaut managed, and but the way, we recommend that they open up their states. Because if you look at certain of them north carolina, pennsylvania, michigan and a couple of others, we have to get those states open. Its hurting people. Its hurting people far more than the disease itself. So we would recommend that you open up, let your people have freedom. And its unfair to your people to keep them closed at this stage. We know the vaccines are coming, but we know the problem, we understand who the vulnerable are which is primarily people with medical problems, but in particular people with medical problems that are older. So open up your states. To that suggest taut testing of the nursing home residents and staff, weve delivered Rapid Testing devices to all 1,000 orr, excuse me, 13,850 certified nation Nursing Homes nationwide, and they are being facilitated in terms of testing. And testing apparatus the, everything is there. We also have new tests coming, and we have one in particular that i think i showed last night which is literally two pieces of very fine cardboard. Its actually a rot of delicate a lot of delicate things going on inside that cardboard, but its very quick, its very accurate and moves along rapidly. We bought millions of those tests, and theyre going to be distributed rapidly. So the Testing Process where theres nobody in the world that has a Testing Process like ours. In addition to being number one, number two which is india is close to 50 million tests behind us, i believe, scott. 50 million. They have 1. 5 billion people. Tomorrow Vice President pence will be announcing the findings of the Nursing Home Commission to continue protecting our most vulnerable which is our Senior Citizens, and were going to take good care of them. I want to congratulate big ten football. Its back. In particular, ive been dealing with them. Thank commissioner kevin warren for the great job he did. Weve been working with him for a while. There was a rumor being spread that i didnt want football back, and it was just the opposite. That was another disinformation rumor put out by the biden campaign, and it was just the opposite. But it really spurred me into action. I called the commissioner a couple of weeks ago, and we started really putting a lot of pressure on, frankly, because there was no reason for it not to come back. And kevin went in and worked very hard. I want to thank the players, the coaches for working along. They wanted it very badly. The players and coaches in particular, the parents also. And bug big ten football, as you know, they announced the schedule, and its going to be great. I want to recommend that the pac12 also get going, because theres no reason why pac12 shouldnt be playing now. And perhaps theyll start with at least partially, id recommend it today to kevin and others that maybe you want to start off with 25 percent of the stadium or start off with empty, i dont know. I think they could have fans go, frankly, but they want to be careful, they want to be safe, and they will be safe. Theyve got a very good Testing Process for the players, coaches, families, etc. And so i just want to congratulate big ten. Its going to be great, we love watching that. And, again, i want to recommend pac12, youre the only one now. Open up, open up, pac12, get going. Said the psalm thing to big ten same thing to big ten, and they did, now im saying it to pac12. Up time right now. Get going. I want to thank all of those wonderful coaching some of whom i spoke with, and we went through a process over the last couple of weeks, and i want to thank congressman Anthony Gonzales of ohio who, as you know, was a great football player. Some people know that, i know that. But anthony was a great player, great receiver. Went to the nfl. Also i want to thank tim pataki of my staff. He worked very hard on this, and he was up day and night working with kevin and everybody else. So i want to thank tim pataki. Big ten is back, and its going to have, hopefully, a good season. The census recently found that in the Second Quarter of 2020 hispanic americans Home Ownership reach a record alltime hue, thats all time in the history of ow country. Yesterday the census reported that Median Income for americans increased by an unprecedented 4,400 last year to a record of 68,700. In 2019 income inequality fell for the second straight year. The income gap widened under the obama bind administration, and biden administration, and it widened substantially, and it narrowed under the trump administration. Theres fact a fact you didnt know. Income grew more last year alone that over the entire eight years of obama are biden. And thats a big statement, but thats the way it is. In 2019 4. 2 million americans were lifted out of poverty. Thats the largest Poverty Reduction under any president in history, 42 million americans 4. 2 million americans were lifted out of poverty. The hispanicamerican poverty rate reached the lowest level ever in the history of our country. Low level ever. I created the greatest and fairest economy in the history, the biggest gains went to lower income americans as they measure that kind of thing. We will be back to full strength very soon. Weaver going to have a fantastic were going to have a a fantastic year next year. I think youre going to have an incredible thursday quarter. The numbers are looking very, very strong for the third quarter. We have numbers that were going to put out tomorrow, some of the individual things. Car production, housing production, housing onership. So many different ownership. So many Different Things are at levels that nobody thought possible as we round the turn on the pandemic. The antipolice crusade from the democrats and the radical left and radical left democrats also has to stop. The. [laughter] wing the leftwing war on cops puts our officers in danger and our communities at very grave risk. Cant do this. Biden described the police as the enemy. Theyre not the enemy, theyre the friend, theyre our friend. Theyre helping us. And if you go to i just saw a poll just came out or recently came out where africanamericans by 84 wanted more police. They wanted safe neighborhoods. In phoenix last night a federal officer was gunned down in a driveby shooting. In l. A. This weekend, everybody saw that, this horrible human being or whatever you might want to call him, theyre looking all over. Theyre trying to find hum. Were going to find were going to get him. But in l. A. This weekend two sheriffs deputies were ambushed and viciously shot, and they can never be the same. Theyre getting better, but they can never be the same. Ill always stand but our heroses of law enforcement, and we want to stop this horrible rhetoric and stop it fast. I want to ask scott to say a couple of words because i heard biden talking today about he wants to come up with a Distribution Plan, a distribution for the vaccine that we came up with. A couple of things, we came up with that vaccine. Itll be announced fairly soon, but regardless, this month, next month in a level of time that nobody thought was possible because of what we did with our fda in terms of streamline, you know . I want to thank dr. Hahn. But what weve cone with the streamlining has been incredible and very safely. Number one is today few, number two is speed. But you can have perfect safe few and much more speed, and thats what we did. We did this for more than the advantage screen having to do with the china virus, this was also for other things. So many great drugs that would talk 10, 12 years to get approved, and weve moved those schedules up a lot. But if this were obama biden, this would have taken two, three years before you were at a stage where we are now at. So were going to be very soon, and its sort of funny to watch joe biden getting up and reading a teleprompter and saying how he would have done this. They had h1n1, he calls it the n1h1. Its h1n1. Its called the swiewn flu, and it was a disaster the swine flu, and it was a disaster. As i said, the person that ran it for hum said the worst things. They didnt know what they were doing, they gut. They had no clue, and that was easy, by compare to this by comparison to this. The most contagious flu or virus that nubs seen. This is unbelievable how contagious it is. You found that out. But i watched bind as he disbecaused without knowing a thing about a destructs plan, and he said we dont have a Distribution Plan, but we do indeed. Our military, we have military, we have everybody involved. Its a great plan, and its a plan like no other, and we can start doing it i believe the day that we come up with the vaccine when its done, so that same day or the day after, our militarys very much involved. And they deploy if troopses, they these are the generals that do logistics and all of those things, and well have it all over the country and, ultimately are, hope flu well be helping the hopefully well be helping the world with the vaccine, and its very exciting. Maybe id ask scott atlas to come up and describe a little bit about that and the Distribution Plan in particular. Because biden acted as though there was no Distribution Plan, and weve been working on this for months and its ready. And scott has really taken a awe hold of it and done an incredible job. And, please, scott . Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Thank you, mr. President. And i didnt develop the plan, im just relaying information here. But this is a plan thats a a 57page document that was sent to every state today the, and theres a different part of this that was given to konked today. It was released by hhs, its on the web site. And, in fact, i thought it was covered, actually, by the media, so i dont think its a surprise, but its a comprehensive plan. Its a Public Private partnership to get everything done in terms of lo gist you cans. Logistics, the i. T. Thats necessary to trace the first dose because some of these vaccines are anticipated to be two doses. Theres tailoring, of course, by the states and their specifics, and theres an administration of the vaccine plan that will be done in over 51,000 outlets including for particular attention to minority lawyers, over 14,000 areas, over 14,000 federally qualified health centers. And within the first 24 hours of fdas approval under an emergency use, we will have vaccines being delivered within the first 24 hours. And it will be done at virtually no cost to americans. And the terms of the dosage, there will be, theres an anticipated, its anticipated that no later than january all the top priority people will have received or be able to receive the vaccine. And so that kind of prioritization, which is a general prioritization done for all vaccines that are developed particularly in a pandemic setting this goes to the hue risk people, the people with to other underlying conditions as well as First Responders and people working directly in health care. And so thats going to be done very rapidly. Okay. Good. Thank you. Thank you. Mr. President . Mr. President . Yes, go ahead. Mr. President , earlier today dr. Redfield confirmed that it looked like november, december the first doses would be able to be distributed. But then he said that the vaccine to the general public likely would not be available until probably next summer, maybe even early fall. Are you comfortable with that time no. I think he made a mistake when he said that. Its just uncorrect information. And i uncorrect information. And i called hum, and he didnt tell me that, and i think he got the message maybe confused, maybe it was astronaut thed incorrectly. Stated uncorrectly. The vaccine could be announced in october, a little bit after october. But once we go, were ready. As you know, pfizers making this, theyre taking a tremendous financial risk, and theyre spending billions of dollars on actually making this vaccine. Theyre at a stage where theyre actually making it because they feel very confident as to the results. Theyll be announcing their results fairly soon. And, no, hes that thats incorrect information. He was clear in the yeah, but i dont think he means that. I dont think he when he said it, i believe he was confused. Im just telling you, were ready to go as soon as the vaccine happens. So when do you want to see it available, what would be a timeline . I would say, yeah, we will start distributing it immediately [inaudible] general public, i mean, do it to the general public immediately. When we go, we go. Were not looking to say, gee, within suggestion months no, we want to go immediately. No, it was an incorrect statement. I called him and said what did you mean by that . I think he just made a mistake. He just made a mistake. I think he misunderstood the question probably. So if you were to put a timeline on when every person in america would be able to get a vaccine, what would that i think it would be very soon. I think our Distribution Process is going to go very quickly. I told you weve engaged the military, we have a general whos in charge of all logistics who delivers soldiers. Hes fantastic guy, hes supposed to be fantastic at what he does. And we figure thats better than any company youre going to hire. You cant hire a company like that. We look to distribution immediately after we get the word that its good. And i think having tremendous success with the vaccine it. Itself. I think the results will be early and strong. The safety has to be 100 , obviously, were going to uncyst on that and the companies are going to actual date . January, february . Scott, what would you think . Yep, as i said, the high purity priority, sure, no later than january. Of course it depends on when things are e approved [inaudible conversations] and its anticipated therell be 700 million doses by end of q1. Thats 700 million doses. But the end of the month. Q1. Do you mind if i ask you thats the end of march, right . Its one thing to have the doses, but weve talked to a lot of Public Health experts who saying this is happening in the winter and you have to socially distance. You cant have the [inaudible] that we saw during h1n1, you cant have packed auditoriums. You have to space it out. So thats one thing. Another thing that im worried about is storing these vaccines, and since we dont know which one is the winner, you know, doctors offices may not have dry ice to handle minnesota 80 degrees 80 degrees. Are you prepared to say you can overcome those in three months . Yes. At least ive been briefedded on the vaccine, okay . All the refrigerators that are necessary, everything is going to be in place for them. Theres a very detailed logistical plan which started months ago and, you know, youre welcome to read it on the web. But, basically, yeah, all those things are not a problem really. If people know how to shop for growslies or go into groceries or go into a store and use social distancing, i think they can do it [inaudible] and you also have more than one company. You have Johnson Johnson, you have pfizer, you have moderna, you have others. So so we could conceivably have vaccines being given out by numerous companies, and their all world theyre all world class companies, theyre fantastic. Okay . Yeah, go ahead. Thank you, mr. President. Are you paragraphed to sign off on the oracle and tiktok deal, and also does the deal meet your requirements in terms of National Security okay, theyre giving me studies on the deal. Has to be 100 as far as National Security is concerned. And, no, im not prepared to sign off on anything, i need to see the deal. We need security, especially with respect to china and whats going on, we want security. Theyre going to be reporting to me tomorrow morning, and well let you know. [inaudible] what about the treasure true . Were going to see about that. Awe amazing lu, i find that youre not allowed i said what kind of a thing is this . Theyre not allowed to make bug payments to the government because theres no way of doing that from, theres no legal path to doing that, and im saying, wait a minute, theyre willing to make a bug payment to the government, and were not allowed to take the money . When does this happen . How foolish can we be . So were looking into that right now. You understand that. [inaudible] i said, no, i want a big chunk of that money to go to the United States government because we made it possible, and the lawyers said, well, theres no way of doing that because nobodys ever heard of that before. Nobodys ever said, well, well i approve the deal, but we want a lot of money to go to the government because were making the deal valuable. Theyve never heard of that before. Okay . Can you believe that, right . On the hard to believe. Yeah quick followup. You had said earlier that it was really important to you that a u. S. Company buy tiktok, and according to the oracle would have the minority were going to find out about that. Were looking into that from the standpoint of conceptually i dont like that. That has not been told to me yet. It could be very accurate reporting for a change, so if thats the case, im not going to be happy with that. Its china, which i think it probably is. [inaudible conversations] violent demonstrators, and you told judge jeanine if theres violent demonstrators on election night, well put them down very quickly [inaudible] well, the question was asked of me about violent demonstrations. Yes, we will put it down very, very quickly if there is, absolutely. And i think the American Public wants to see that. Yeah, o, n, please . If thank you, mr. President. If theres any kind of demonstration or violence, there will be nothing that interferes with this product, this vote. Theres going to be nothing. The biggest problem we have right now are the ballots. Millions of ballots going out. Thats the biggest problem. When you talk about other countries whether its chew that, russia or many china, russia or many others that get mentioned, theyre in a much better position with paper ballots than they would ever be under the old system. And thats our biggest threat to this election, governors from opposing parties controlling ballots, millions ballots. To me, thats a much bigger threat from Foreign Countries because much of the stuff coming out about Foreign Countries turned out to be untrue. What is true is many elections have taken place over the last year and a half using this Ballot System. Theyve been off by 5 ,10 , 15 , i think i read one at 40 , 40 . And these are small, easy to control elections. This whole Ballot System where you can send it in and its not even requested. Were not talking about solis sutted, theyre unsolicited ballots, and theyre sent in. Its very dangerous for our country. And you know who knows that better than anybody . The democrats. Look at what happened in manhattan they had this kind of election, and it was so fraudulent that it should never have been allowed to be called. We could have 5, 10, 15, 20 off, we could have more than that. The ballots will be stolen. Who knows where theyre going. Who knows where theyre coming from. [inaudible] its not just the counting of the ballots which, by the way, will talk forever, itll take forever. You think november 3rd . You might not have i guess at a certain point it goes to congress. You know, at a certain point it goes to congress, you know that. This is a disgrace. This is being done on purpose. They know its no good. They know its going to be fraudulent. Its going to be fraud all over the place. Whos getting the ballots, whos sending the ballots . They have people saying you dont need a verified signature. This is a serious threat to our democracy, and the democrats know that. All were asking, if you solicit the ballot, you go through a process. You ask for a ballot because you cant be there for good reasons. Im doing it myself. I wont be able to be in florida. You solicit and they send it back. You do it and you send it back. Thats a process that you go through, and its put secure. I use the word pretty secure. I guess nothings full proof. But whats pretty close concern the most full too far thing, the thing that really works is you go to the ballot box. Its going to be very safe. I think but that time covid will be lower. Its going to be very low. Its going to be a very safe process. We did it during world war i, we did it during world war ii. The biggest threat to this election is these unsolicited ballots sent out by the millions, controlled by governors like in nevada who is a political person, very political but far beyond being governor. Where they try to stop you from making a speech unsuccessfully, but we had to move around a lot, had to move quickly. So this psalm guy who tried to stop me from making free speech outside, not inside, outside, they forced us inside because of what they did, but outside. This is the guy thats controlling ballots. Then you look at pennsylvania, you look at other places, it is a big threat. And as far as chinas concerned and russia and they say north korea, they say iran, they say places, who knows . Who knows . But they say all these different places. They can make forgeries of these ballots, they can do things that will blow your mind. And the democrats know its wrong, they know its going to end up being a disaster. Just take a look at whats happened. Take a look at whats happened over the last year with this same kind of thing. Except in a very small setting with very few ballots going out. So thats much easier. Not 5380 million going out. A very small number. And you know whats happened . Fraud like youve never seen, mussing ballots, ball missing ballots, ballots that never showed up, ballots with no signatures, and in the case of nevada, they dont even want very few case of the signature verification of the signature. Its a disgrace. Now, the hope for our nation its before judges. In pennsylvania, in nevada and other places its before judges, federal judges. And hopefully, theyll do what they did the other day in pennsylvania where we had a great victory. Open up your state. Its unconstitutional to close it. Because what they were doing was closing it. And theyre closing it for political reasons. Itll open on november 4rd. Itll open up right after the election. But they want people to they want our numbers to be as bad as possible, but problem is our numbers are so good with or without various states opening up, with or without. But we had a big legal victory as cross know. A federal judge told them to op up their state. Its unconstitutional, what youre doing. Thats in the case of pennsylvania. Now the big cases are going to be the cases on these unsolicited ballots, and well see what happens. Oan, please . [inaudible] Chinese Communist party has your administration has imposed a limiting ban on certain products, stopping short of a full asian ban. What is your response to the Chinese Communist partys spokespeople who are saying that this is an outright lie, and number two, have allies expressed interest in standing with this administration in taking action against yeah. We dont want to see that. Weve been very strong on that. Were getting reports that over the next two, three days well know very accurately what the story is, and well then take action one way or the other. [inaudible conversations] i just want to ask you about can recent ruling against the United States over tariffs on china . Should the u. S. Remain part of the wtosome is. I have real questions about it. Look, we just won a 7. 5 billion lawsuit which nobody used to sue before i came along, you know . Or they used to lose them every single time. Now they havent been louising them. But were losing them. But were getting reports on the wto. Its not good. Never been good to us. The wto, as far as im concerned, was created to suck money and jobs out of the United States to the benefit of china and other countries. Thats what few opinion is. Whether it was created or it just turned out to be that way, but the World Trade Organization has not good for the United States. Its been good for perv else, but its not for everybody else, but its not good. It was a method, in my opinion, of taking advantage of the United States. So were looking into what happened, and well get back to you. President dr. Redfield earlier, and you said that he made a mistake. I think he made a mistake. I didnt go into any great i was very surprised to hear it doesnt really matter. Heres what does matter, were all set to distribute immediately. As soon as that vaccine comes out, its safe and good and works whether its fuser, Johnson Johnson or anybody else, we are ready to distribute it very rapid lu. As scott said and as our team knows, and theyre ready, and that could be on, it could in october sometime in october or november. I dont think its going to be much later than that, but i think it could be some time in october. Were ready to move. And itll be a very you said that you told hum that he made a mistake. What was his response . I didnt tell him anything. I said what happened, and i got the impression that he didnt realize he said what he might have said. I didnt see him say it, but if thats what he said, its a mistake because ready . Were ready to distribute immediately. To a vast section of our country and then beyond, because we want to help other countries also. But were ready to distribute immediately. The timeline that he gave saying it wouldnt be ready for the general public til the middle of next year no, i said therell be 700 million doses but the end of q1, and everybody at high risk will have it no later than he was talking about general public. As you know, caitlin, were focused on high risk, but were going to focus also on general public very much. But we are our immediate aim is elderly people and especially elderly people with heart, diabetes problems. But we will have it this is, were not looking at a small distribution program. Were looking at distributing to the whole United States with an immediate focus of the elderly. Now, under no circumstance will it be as late as the doctor said, but i think that, frankly, if he analyzes, you know, they hut him with that question, he said that we are ready at a much faster level than what he said. We will have rapid distribution. Were set up, our military and others are set up to do it. And we think it could even Start Talking place in october, but certainly during november, december would be the latest. Because based on what were hearing, results are based on what im hearing, results are very good you told bobbed woodward the problem with the vaccine is the vaccine will take 1314 months once you have it because you have to test the vaccine. So do you want to what i was saying to him no. That was a long time the ago when i said that. We werent set up at that time. [inaudible] well, how many months ago . Its sort of obsolete because the book comes out. By the way, i read the book very rapidly because it was very boring. If you see what i said, i said a lot of really good things. For the most part, people like to turn it around, but i said really good things in that book. And as an example, he doesnt cover i told him what were doing in the middle east, and were doing it in an entirely different way. And thats not covered in his book. The whole thing isnt covered in his book. And one thing i will say, and i respect the press for this one, which is interesting, almost universally weve been praised for the deal that we made yesterday with us israel and with, you know, two very important countries in the middle east. Uae in particular where its a very powerful group, its a warrior country. Its led by a great warrior and a man whos highly respected. And if you take a look at that and bahrain and israel making a deal, and i will tell you we have at least four or five others that want to come in. They want to come in yesterday. I talked to two of them yesterday, and theyre ready to try. And i think youre going to have a whole level of peace without blood all over the sand. Nobody was shot, nobody was killed. We killed hundreds of thousands of people in the middle east. Its all its, i always say its the bloodiest sand anywhere in the world. And it didnt have to be that way. The single worst discussion our country ever made was to go into the middle east. Not only the millions of people killedded and i include people on both sides. Some people say you shouldnt say that the, ill saw it, on both sides. Such a horrible mistake was made. Were doing this a different withdraw. So we have those two countries, we have at least five that were negotiating with right now. And, you know, you can only negotiate with so many. I think theyre all going to come in. I think, ultimately, the palestinians are going to come in. These are all the people that are funding them. You know, i stopped funding the palestinians fairly early on because they were i saying bad things about our country. We were giving them 750 million a year and theyre saying bad things about our country . So i stopped funding them early on. But they debt funded by other very retch countries. Rich countries. They get funded, and i think now that these countries, these very rich countries are part of the deal, theyre youll see over the next fairly short period of time other countries will come in. I think saudi arabia, ultimately, will come in too. I think getting saudi arabia will be great. But i think saudi arabia its few feeling. Its not based on knowledge other than a couple of conversations i had with the king. But sabia, i think, will be coming up too. Youll end up with peace in the middle east, and nobody thought it could be done this way. I went to some people in the middle east, and they said youll never be able to do it. Its not possible to make peace. Now theyre saying to me nobody ever thought of doing this. They all thought you make the deal first with the a palestinians. It had to be that way. And i will say, the resistance was some countries didnt want to do it unless the palestinians were there first. That was just a psychological thing more than anything else, but they were wrong. The people our great representatives that have been doing this for 35 years that were telling me how to do it, but they all failed. They were clintons administration, they were in bush, they were in obama, all these great brilliant people, theyre all telling me how to do it, and i said lets finish this. When you see the countries that will be coming, very short period of time, not talking a long period of time, all the countries will be coming in like you sabah rain yesterday and u. A. E. And, i can think of, i mean at least five that are going to be quick and easy. Others will be quick and easy also once the five come in youre going to have something, you will have peace in the middle east. We want to get out. Our soldiers are largely coming home. Ridiculous, endless wars. I will say this, if i didnt withdraw our country from that horrible iran nuclear deal, that horrible, stupid deal where president obama paid 150 billion for nothing and gave 1. 8 billion in cash, 1. 8 billion. You know what that is . 1. 8 billion in cash. That is more impressive than the 150 billion paid normally. They wife all of this money, all these chips we had. We had the chips. He gave them all away. We got nothing t was a shortterm deal. It would be practically expiring now. It would, starts to expire actually right now. It would practically, and there is no way we will let iran have a nuclear weapon. Just remember that. There is no way that will happen reporter [inaudible]. Do you want to reverse what you told woodward about the 13 to 14 month timeline for a vaccine . President trump the vaccine at the time i thought it might take that period of time. We stepped it up very substantially. Lou President Trump wrapping up his News Conference in the White House Briefing room. The president announcing that his administrations team is ready to quickly, almost immediately distribute a potential china virus vaccine. He says it could happen by as early as next month. And the president also saying that radical dem governors across the country who control universal mailin ballots represent the biggest threat to the integrity of this novembers election. Thanks for being with us. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm sussex. President trump it was other administrations also. You wouldnt have a vaccine for 2 1 2 three years. Were going to have a vaccine within, at most, a couple of months. Okay . Go ahead. Reporter mr. President if i could ask you about coronavirus relief. You support the problemsolvers caucus proposal that was put forward . Are you comfortable with President TrumpSomething Like that. Something like that. I like the larger amount. I said that some republicans disagree. I think i can convince them to go along with that i like the larger number. I like to see people get money. It was not their
