The Justice Department can indict people and prosecute. Were back to the attorney general and john durham, his report, his investigation, well see what happens there halper is very interesting because there is this group of people from overseas, halper and maybe more importantly in my mind this mifsud guy who is disappeared. Mifsud is the first guy to go up to george papadopoulus, that they have dirt on clinton. That is how they launched the investigation in july of 16. Well, mifsud is the guy who starts it all. The fbi doesnt go after him. When they interviewed him two years ago he lied to them three different times. So mifsud is also important. This is a very serious revelation, extraordinarily serious. We cant imagine prosecutors marching into their offices and saying, well, i think i will destroy some documents. Lets take these documents to the shreader. This is essentially the electronic equivalent of sledding documents. Unless there is an innocent explanation. It looks very unlikely that there is going to be an innocent explanation. This looks intentional and it is 22 phones with exactly, almost exactly the same excuse, liz, namely, the pass code. I tried to enter the pass code. The Technology People tell us it takes 11 different tries to do that with a time delay and so forth. It is just cries out for investigation. My view . Step one, the inspector general, michael horowitz, an honest cop needs to investigate but we also may need to look at this from the grand jury perspective. Get people in before of the grand jury. Strzok and page, as you noted, talking about, Hillary Clinton private email investigation they worked on that. That ironically was about the destruction of federal records. Sir what is happening now, you know, peter strzok is going on television saying that his antitrump Text Messages while he now regrets them after the fact, by the way they were sent on government phones, he is saying theyre being weaponized to be used against the fbi. Lets watch peter strzok here. I certainly regret sending the Text Messages that were absolutely weaponized and used to bludgeon the work of the fbi, special counsel. This idea of quote, weaponizing, they speak for themselves. Peter strzok appears to have taken action designed to warp the trump presidency. This is so appalling that the fbi would allow itself, under the direction of jim comey to be used for political purposes. And then toe, in the process to destroy the reputation, the career, the finances of general flynn as well. Peter strzok really does have an enormous amount of blood on his hands in bringing disrepute to the fbi. It is what he did. Elizabeth he is now saying it is being used to attack the fbi as institution. That is what fbi officials are saying to us, it is only indicative of what he was doing, how he polluted the process, not the fbi institution as a whole because a lot of good men and women working there. Here is the thing. Peter strzok worked at an fbi found to have widespread creditability problems under james comey. Antitrump research. The 17 fisa court errors and omissions found by the i. G. Of the governor of nevada tried to pressure people not to host the president s events, but our view of it is, most view of most americans is, if you can protest in the streets with tens of thousands of people, if you can burn down Small Businesses in riots, if you can gamble in casinos in las vegas, people can peacefully gather under the First Amendment to hear from the president of the United States. He is saying it will show joe biden is quote, unfit for office. What is the material there that is going to indicate that . First of all, thanks for having me. Good to see you again, liz. I dont know the specifics of what senator johnson is releasing but let me just say a couple of things about the seriousness of senator johnson. I havent worked with a u. S. Senator as serious and as committed to getting to the truth. The truth is not partisan and that requires transparency. Senator johnson and many senators were just as focused but senator johnson in particular has been focused on trying to get documents declassified, documents released. He is someone who has worked night and day to try to just get the information in full. Rather than have it spoonfed to him or to the public which is, really how we got into this russian collusion case. I saw the entire set of documents that the democrats used to develop this russian collusion narrative and one thing that people need to understand, your viewers need to understand, is that what was said on Cable Television was fundamentally different than what was said in the basement of the house congressional committees when these individuals were under oath with lawyers around them. When they had the time to be on tv they said outlandish things like, there was proof or they saw collusion of some sort and, would tease the public with oh, just wait until you see this evidence and so, reporters in washington began to report on each others information. Not knowing the truth. Once we were able to look at the truth and senator johnson was part of that digging, we were able to see that under oath these same people that fed the American Public one line would say to lawyers when they were under oath, i didnt see anything, i see no evidence of collusion. That made me sad actually. As acting director of National Intelligence, one was put over on the American People. Elizabeth i hear what youre saying. If he is saying he is unfit for office, senator ron johnson is a straightshooter. For him to say that, this sounds really serious for joe biden. Your reaction . I think whenever senator johnson is focused on getting documents and getting to the truth like he has in many instances where i worked with him he is going to be transparent. He is going to let the facts just be presented and so when he says that he has a report based on documents that we havent seen you can be absolutely assured that senator johnson has done his homework and this information is not political. It is just the facts. Transparency is never political that is it what senator johnson has been focused on. Ive been at state department 11 years. I know Many Foreign Service officers, many career individuals at the state department. They were horrified what hunter biden was doing while his father was vice president. He used state Department International contacts, embassies and people were just embarrassed horrified what he was doing. This has never been looked into. When were motivated, when im motivated to put on the uniform to go out to serve the public i will do a much better job which is one of the reasons why were so grateful we have people like that support the work that were doing even though you have the far left that is not. We do have the support behind us, which allows us to go out and do the job the best we can. Were forcing the criminal cartels to look for new ways to get their products across the border because were doing such a good job. That is because we have somebody in the white house in President Trump that is backing us up because he wants to take care of the American Public. Mexicos Human Rights Commission reported that this week. The drug cartels are really powerful at the border towns. That is what you guys are fighting. Can you talk a little bit more about that, about how the perception here among the media and democrats is that the Border Patrol are bad guys because theyre stopping illegals from coming in when they should be going to the ports of entry to get asylum . You shouldnt walk across anybodys border. Canada doesnt allow it. Mexico doesnt allow it. Europe doesnt allow it. What is happening south of the border is really serious for our country. Can you talk about that . Absolutely. If we want to see what is happening in portland, oregon, chicago, illinois where all the murders are taking place, when street blocks are being taken over that is what happens in mexico all the time. Day in, day out, this is the chaos that they face and if we dont get a handle on our border, if we do not support the law, law and order, were going to have that same chaos in the United States. Were already starting to see it a little bit. We just dont want it to get as big what it is in mexico. We want our journalists to be able to report on what the truth is. We want them to report on the truth but want them to be able to report. If we have a system like what is going on in mexico, that just isnt going to happen and the public is not going to be safe. We have to stand for law and order and for the safety of the American Public and President Trump does that. Elizabeth your Quick Reaction to California Ninth Circuit Court of appeals, traditionally not a friend of President Trump, President Trump can end amnesty to 300,000 migrants from el salvador and countries in Central America and sudan . Your reaction to that . If the ninth circuit ever agrees to President Trump in this particular case you know is doing a good job. That is the most liberal circuit in the United States but they stood up for the constitution and said what President Trump is trying to do for the safety and security of the United States, of the American People is in fact correct.
