Their Mission Statement reads in part, quote we disrupt the western prescribed Nuclear FamilyStructure Requirement by supporting each other as extended families and villages that collectively care for one another. Now, where have we heard that term, village . One of the groups founders even said in 20 a 15 that they are, indeed, marxist. I also think that it might we actually do have an ideological frame, myself and alicia in particular are trained organizers. We are trained marxists. Finish. Not in national leftwing media, not from the radical democrats and the business elites who are sending tens of millions of dollars to the organization without the slightest concern about what that organization stands for. Their comrades in new york city have sent Crime Statistics soaring. The nypd reporting shootings up 200 from a year ago. 63 people were shot this Holiday Weekend alone in new york, 111 of them were 11 of them were shot to death. As alarming, the numbers from chicago where at least 87 people were shot between thursday evening and sunday night. Seventeen of them were killed including a 14yearold boy and a 7yearold girl. Why are we putting up with this grotesque new reality . Thanks to, of course, the radical left. Nationwide, six children were shot to death this weekend. Six. Do their lives matter . And why arent we doing something, something about all of this . An 8yearold in atlanta gunned down on the fourth of july near a black lives matter protest demonstration. Now, these organizations may be able to stomach these kinds of acts, but ill tell you, i cant. This is grotesque, it is disgusting, and it must end. Atlantas black democrat mayor bottoms has been sympathetic to the cause of black lives matter. She even bowed to one of their demands and called for police reform, whatever form it took. Well, it took the death of an 8yearold girl for her to finally say enough is enough. You cant blame this on the police officer, you cant say that we this is about criminal justice reform. At the point that an 8yearold baby is killed, the discussions have ended. Lou good for the mayor, and i hope that some, just some of the democrat leaders across the country can find the guts to follow her lead. If democrat leaders like the mayor of atlanta the along with those in the leftwing National Media once cheered as these anarchists assaulted and murdered people while vandalizing and destroying businesses. Yes, many of them minority businesses. During this fourth of july speech, President Trump distinguished himself as the leader of this great nation who will no longer put up with those actions. Angry mobs are trying to tear down statues of our founders, do deface our most deface our most sacred memorials and unleash a wave of Violent Crime in our cities. Many of these people have no idea why theyre doing this, but some know exactly what they are doing. They think the American People are weak and soft and submissive. [background sounds] but, no, the American People are strong and proud, and they will not allow our country [cheers and applause] and all of its values, history and culture to be taken from them. Joe biden served as a senator for 36 years and a Vice President for 8. And what does he want to do now . Well, now he says hes ready to make america anything, but whatever it is, it will not be america. Biden tweeted last night that he will beat President Trump and that when he does, quote, we wont just rebuild this nation, well transform it. Biden didnt expand on what he meant or, hike his former boss like his former boss, he doesnt want to tell the American People just how hell transform the nation. But his july 4th message is a clear signal to all that his plans will not only pander to the radical left, but maybe go full radical on them. Our country was founded on an idea with. We hold these truths to be selfevident, that all men are created equal. Never lived up to it. We have a chance to rip the roots of systemic racism out of this country. We have a chance to live up to the words that founded this nation. Lou incredible. Biden claim ared that the nation hasnt upheld the ideals and the specific ideal that all men are created equal, certainly ignores the progress over the entire life of this nation. But in particular, of the past 60 years which he has lived through. And the fact that biden served as Vice President for the only black american president in our history. Bidens lurch to the left is precisely what President Trump warned about in his address at Mount Rushmore about a radical left hell bent on destroying americas history, our heritage as well as the statues of our heroes. If you do not speak its language, perform its rituals, recite its mantras and follow its commandments, then you will be censored, banished, blacklisted, persecuted and punished. Is set to phase out the Chinese Telecom giant huawei from the if nations 5g network which is a reversal of the u. K. s earlier decision this year in which the stated huawei would play a limited role in those networks. But their concerns about surveillance and simple appropriation by china has changed the mind of the leadership of the u. K. Just in time. And in the South China Sea, two United States aircraft carriers conducting exercise this weekend, the uss nimitz, the uss Ronald Reagan responding to communist chinas exercises going on in the region at the same time and demonstrating clearly that the United States maintain free navigation through the South China Sea. Chinas e propagandist outlet, the global times, claiming quickly that the United States ships were deployeded at chinas, quote, pleasure. And they threatened, then, the u. S. Naval ships by warning china possesses missiles that could destroy the american carriers. An outright threat by the chinese. Thats where we are. And the president , thankfully, has sent American Naval force to the South China Sea to remind china of just who we are as a nation. The national leftwing media, again missing the mark when reporting on the china virus, cnn today ran the headline are you ready . Quote doctors say the u. S. Is in a freefall with coronavirus as 32 states struggle with higher rates of infection. As if cnn was pulling for a certain outcome as, apparently, so would be nbc. They reported, quote big crowds celebrated july 4th as coronavirus cases spike across the country. End quote. The Washington Post updated its china Virus Coverage last night and ran this headline, and it is a beauty. Quote sevenday average case total in the u. S. Sets record for 27th straight day. What is missing from these stories . Well, quite a bit, actually. And the most salient consideration, the fact that even as cases are increasing, indeed, they are, the deaths from the china virus have plunged dramatically. Yesterday e 212 people died in this country from the virus. That is the lowest number of deaths since 162 americans died back on march 24th. Deaths so far are down so much that the virus will soon cease to qualify as an epidemic according to the guidelines of the cdc itself. Last week the china virus deaths accounted for 5. 9 of total american deaths, down from 9 just the previous week. And the tenth straight week of decline. The cdc states, quote the percentage is currently at the epidemic threshold but will likely change as more death certificates are processed particularly for recent weeks. I dont know how such outstanding news outlets as cnn, nbc and the Washington Post could fail to notice that very salient and important point. But they did. There you have it. The Court Unanimously holding that it is constitutional for states to require electors to back the winner of the states president ial election and to punish any who violate that requirement. How about that . The Supreme Court making more and more sense, it seems, by the day. Quite a departure from the trajectory of the past several decades. Also breaking tonight, hunter biden back in the news. And it turns out hes no longer on the board of that Chinese Private equity firm, bhr partners. Not on the board, but it turns out that one of Hunters Companies still owns 10 of that firm. 10 . This as hunters father joe pledged in december that no one in his family would be involved in any foreign business in hes elected president. Tom, i want to get, first, your reaction to the decision on the Supreme Court holding that the Electoral College really does matter. Well, its an attack on our republic, its an attack on the Electoral College. Lou right. The left was trying to manipulate individual electors to overturn the results of the election, but the threat isnt over, lou, because theyre also trying to upend the Electoral College by requiring states lets say texas votes for a republican president , but the popular vote nationally goes for the opponent. Well, under this scheme texas would be required potentially to throw all of its electors in the pot with the person who won the popular vote as opposed to the one who won the vote in texas or somewhere else. So, essentially, it would undo the compromise at the heart of our constitutional system which allowed big states and small states to get together and come up with a compromise that protects the power of the small states by having electors to overcome the populist, big states that could swamp the system in any federal election. Look, we have individual states, lou. The left hates it, and thats why theyre trying to undo the Electoral College. Lou well, and they have some company, because there are a number of people on the right who would like to see the federal system prevail over the the federalist system of this country and to eliminate states rights as well. This is, as you say and as Judicial Watch has been purr if suing, this is a critically pursuing, this is a critical important issue among so many. The republican party, do you believe it is sufficiently animated in defending against the assault by the democrats and the left in this country . Generally, no. I mean, one of the problems besides kind of the weak approach too many republicans have to these dire threats to our nation is that the left focusing and fighting on so many issues, and the Standard Operating Procedure for many republicans and, frankly, just many regular people is, you know, we just cant fight everywhere. But theyre fighting everywhere. Theyre fighting on the Electoral College, theyre trying to swamp the mail with ballots, they had the coup impeachment against trump, theyve got violence in the streets. Lou, our republic is under attack like its never been before, and it cant be the status quo or the typical approach that defenders of the constitution typically face, well, well just win in the long run. Thats not going to work. Lou i want to take up the biden issue, and im talking about the hunter biden issue still with 10 ownership in that private equity china, Chinese Private ec butty firm. But equity firm. But i want to get, if you will, a sense from you as to the president taking on for the first time Corporate America and its role in this leftwing fascism that is being bred in this country. I have to give the president great credit, because that took great courage. Well, that was one of the most important speeches not only in his presidency, but of any recent american presidency in terms of highlighting the lefts assault on our freedoms. And one of the big, one of the dirty little secrets, the left would have you belief that Corporate America is on the side of the right or conservatives. Thats far from the truth. On cultural constitutional issues, the leftists control the corporations, theyre pressuring social media to censor trump, censor conservatives, they are subsidizing literally the left thats trying to overthrow the country now through a communist revolution. Its a troubling time period, and weve got to highlight that corporations are no friend of our values on these key issues. Lou yeah. Did you see or hear about the commercials that were running over the weekend from the blm, apparently, i dont know whos paying for them, but supporting blm saying its the time for radical change right now, weve got to have change but, again, not saying what that change is. Its a 30second commercial, but the time for change is now. I mean, i watching television over the weekend just a bit, i mean, everybody is preaching something. It is amazing that the number of organizations, corporations hectoring america to change. Its just, its stunning to me, and no one seems to know what the hell theyre talking about. Maybe they dont either. Well, the corporate left or the corporations are afraid of the left for boycotts and just being embarrassed generally. And theyve got this attitude when it comes to advertising and marketing to double down in terms of supporting these radical leftwing movements. You have the nfl coming down on the side of antiamericanism. Youve got the nba supporting it as well. Its a terrible situation, and its up to americans to say no to it. Democrats are very enthused, theyre leading in all the polls, theyre still out there. They think they have a real shot at this thing. Theyre going to throw every single thing at it they can, and republicans have to do the same. Republicans and independents. Plurality of americans today are independents. At the end of the day, theyre going to want strong leadership, and the president has to attack the virus and the economic crisis. If he can convince americans he can do both of those, hell win. If not, this could be a wipeout. Lou yeah, it could be, i guess, anythings possible, as they say. But i still think the American People are not fools. They want a president who is strong, they want a president who has intelligence and a demonstrated record. Theyll do everything they can to get him out of there, and hes got to fight back. Sheriff, its an honor to talk with you and to talk with a sheriff who is concerned about god and the quality of life and this way of life in this country. Why did you feel compelled to make the statement that you did . Well, thanks forking is me, lou. A lot of for having me, lou. A lot of people are doing a lot of talking around this country, but thats just it, theyre doing a lot of talking. In my world, leaders are supposed to lead, and talking cheap. And we can march all day long, we can take knees all day long, but for me as a leader, that doesnt bring any resolution or any closure to any kind of problem as far as im concerned. And for the folks in my constituency, they look to me for answers and for peace and for some closure when it comes to problems being identified and bringing some solutions or recommendations for solutions not only for clay county, but across this country. When i look at the leadership or lack thereof, i see and hear a bunch of talking, a bunch of outward manifestations of frustrated people, but i dont see anybody doing anything fashionabling. We are faced here in clay county with an individual who thought this was going to be the county where he could bring outside folks he actually reached out to organizations like blm and dream defenders and thought that this would be the location to have such an event. Well, you know, i draw a hard line when it comes to a place where i lay my head. This is few home, the folks of this county are my friends and my constituents. These are the folks that i love and care for, and i will be jumped if i dont do all i can to protect these people. Lou yeah, i would have to think black lives matter would think long and hard before taking on leaders like you and others in clark county who will not just simply buy into a marxist Mission Statement and if a bunch of posturing rather than looking, as you say, at what are the actions and what are the results and what is the mission. I just want to share with our audience, im not going to read a all of this, but if we could put up that Mission Statement from black lives matter, because there are corporations and heads of corporations in this country that have written 10 million checks to this o. And i dont believe they to this organization. And i dont believe they know who theyre sending money to. And id like to realize that, if you could put up there it is. We are a collective of liberators who believe in an inclusive and spacious movement. We also believe in order to win and bring as many people with us a along the way, we must move beyond the narrow nationalism that is all too prevalent in black communities. We must insure were building a movement that brings us all to the front. We are working for a world where black lives are no longer systematically are targeted for demise. A rallying cry for all black lives strive thing for liberation. We just had one of the most violent weekends in years in this country, and some of those deaths are attributable directly to black lives matter protests and demonstrations where people died. Your thoughts. Well, you know, we have a lot going on in this country, and again, ill say folks are frustrated by what they perceive to be individual problems. Im not naive or my head is not buried in the sand to know that when i look in the mirror, i see a black life staring at me. But whats profoundly different about the folks who follow or ascribe to the ideologies of blm is the fact that black lives have been mattering for a long time. And we cant pick and choose when we want to jump on the bandwagon of blm when, just like you said, we had one of the most deadliest weekends in a long, long time in some of our large metropolitan cities. Wheres blm then . If why isnt in any outcry when things like this happen . Why is it only isolated to an incident where a nonminority officer engages a minority with deadly force . That doesnt happen that frequently, and when it does happen, its like all hell breaks loose as if its the only thing that exists in this world. There are other things going on in society besides that. And all lives matter in this. If all lives dont matter, then i should be out of this line of business because i took an oath to support, protect and defend the constitution and then we learned a code of ethics that spoke to as a Law Enforcement officer my fundamental duty is to serve mankind and protect life. Not just black lives, all life and property. And when i take a hardline in the sand and say im going to protect the people of my constituency, then people go, wow, whats wrong with that guy . Oural highs like taiwan, australia, new zealand, south korea, japan, none of them want to see china expand its sphere of influence throughout the South China Sea i which is a little late because they already have. Lou yeah, exactly. Because the chinese and, by the way, previous administrations did nothing right. Lou as the artificial islands were built, others taken over, air bases put into position. This is outrageous, and the United States and other nations are going to have a hell of an uphill job to reassert our strength in that region. This, your reaction to two destroyers u. S. Aircraft carriers and their Strike Forces in the South China Sea. Well, i think were showing that were till still very powerful, and we have to give that display of power. But the reality is we basically built the blue water navy, we gave the rocket telemetry and missile superiority that chinas now claiming, we gave that to them. That started, as you recall, lou, nobody knows it better than you, back in the clinton add administration x. Then weve allowed them to steal our intellectual property. And even now i e hear people in the media, and im talking about democrats, radical dems, you know, whomever, they are aligned more with the chinese. Theyre never trumpers, theyre basically antiamerican. And to hear how tepid and soft the most of our elected officials are on the issue of china as they are bringing a closed fist straight at our noses. Yeah. Lou, ill tell you, if you cant learn anything from watching whats just happened in hong kong, then i dont want you anywhere near Foreign Policy for the United States of america. I mean, because what a they did to hong kong has basically violated every treaty agreement that theyve made with the west on hong kong. And then you watch, and youre correct whether theyve intimidated the philippines or vietnam or other claimants in the South China Sea for literally decades. I dont want you near if our policy, because you dont really know whats going on in china. China does not view themselves as a regional hegemon, they view themselves as a world dominant hegemon, and theyre asserting themselves to get there. Lou and what do you think will be the policy Going Forward here, the phase one deal obviously is in jeopardy, its not being fulfilled by the chinese with our military moving into the South China Sea, this is are serious business. We have a Defense Department whose leadership basically, they dont want to talk about it. Its as if they dont discuss these two Strike Forces in the South China Sea that they have less to worry about. I mean, its bizarre when im watching esper, the defense secretary. Well, yeah. I dont understand secretary esper. I think maybe he wants to be employed somewhere else and probably ought to be. But the reality is when you start looking, were in these exercises there, and weve been doing these exercises there for a long time. You go back to 2016, for instance, weve done them with japan there. We do that to remind folks that we do, we want to support our allies.
