May 13, 2021 The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the whereabouts of a registered sex offender who is out of compliance with his required registration. Deputies recently conducted an address verification for registered sex offender, Carl R. Penwell, age 33 with a last known address of 2414 Bogus Rd SE, Washington Court House, Ohio. During contact, deputies discovered that Penwell was no longer residing at the Bogus Road home as registered with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. Penwell’s whereabouts are currently unknown.
