Though slots have started appearing “green” on the portal for some users, the issues after that are causing many to lose the slots instantly. Citizen Anurag Joshi said, “When I saw the ‘green’ slot under a particular vaccine site, I clicked on it and was led to the time slots. I was then prompted to fill in the captcha code. The code is case sensitive and one takes time to type it. By the time a person selects the time slot and fills in the Captcha code, the slots get booked by other users.”
