Fargo area law enforcement halts aid to Minnesota police until officers train on deadly force law
Clay County law enforcement agencies are wondering how to implement the new laws. Officers in West Fargo, Fargo and Cass County will not be allowed to cross into Minnesota until they understand the laws.
