Family of Man Killed by West Hartford Police Calls Shooting 'Unnecessary and Irresponsible'

The family of a man shot and killed by West Hartford police last week said that the shooting did not appear to be justified. Standing outside West Hartford Town Hall lawyers for the family of Mike Alexander-Garcia also called on the department to preserve and share evidence of their own investigation.
